The worst coustmer service l have experienced ever

Theyre expensive and they have bad customer service 😞

This place is going downhill, i feel like the employees dont like their job and are frustrated about management or something.

This auto zone is a toss up for good service. Sometimes youll have it, sometimes ehhh. Theyre not big. The employees seem to be uninterested in helping as much as other auto zones Ive been to where the guy has literally came out to help me find the correct light bulb. If you know what you need, go there, purchase and leave, it does the trick.

AutoZone I went there to pick up some front and back shoes for my Ford van 250 the guy there was very intelligent I told him what I needed at the Conner within 5 minutes I had everything in front of me and I asked him a few questions and he told me what I needed to know I like going to AutoZone

Applied for a job there was told I had a job and the manager never forward my application. B/S me the whole time. Will never shop at Autozone again amd i will tell my friends. Advamce Auto hers I come

It was a bit slow. Went for a quart of engine oil originally, ended up being there for 20 minutes.

Very bad customer service. The manager was ignoring the customers and cracking jokes with employees. Highly disappointed.

Very unprofessional Service. I dont think the staff are trained enough to handle customers. I was put on the phone hold for a longtime and they never got back to me, when I called back they refused to help me and put me on another hold. When I went to the store I waited in line for a long time because of only one person working on the counter to cash people out while the others were just wandering around.I decided to leave and take my business else where.(A commercial account).

Parts is expensive compared to online.. they have generous warranty.

I needed help with my battery. Ron was so nice and came out to look at what parts I needed. He went above and beyond. Would give my highest recommendation to the people here!

Good place for your car parts

This is the most helpful Autozone that I have been to. The lady help us find a receipt from a month ago. While helping other customers at the same time.

Customer service isnt the best. Im giving them three stars mainly because of an employee there whos name is Wendy. She goes out of her way to help with anything that you need. She is the best there and another older gentleman which I forgot his name. The rest of the staff seem disinterested in servicing you and at times can make you feel as if they are doing you a favor by doing what they are paid to do.

Changed my battery. Had to do it myself but they gave me tools and it was pretty simple

They checked my car check engine light for free and even printed out a complete report. Would recommend this place.

Five star service happy to go to autozone better than OReilly all day long the lady thats there is nice although I forgot something n had to go in the store again

Light keeps coming on. Customer service provided a detailed list of what needed to be done (as well as what did not been to be done). Also provided an idea of what could be going wont with another component. I found them most helpful, friendly and willing to assist, even without a sale. I will return here to buy parts

As a person who embarrassingly was and remains ignorant to vehicle mechanics, RON was my savior during my recent emergency trip to the Hamtramck autozone.This man went above and beyond in replacing a badly corroded battery terminal and showed me what true human kindness is .Thank you RON !

This place is good sometimes but AWFUL at other times. Sometimes you can walk in there, get what you want and get out in 5 minute. Other times, it will take 15 minutes to 30 minutes to get one item. They are usually not busy either, it just takes them this long to give 1 customer what they need. They also never have things in stock which is another problem.

Customer service is pretty bad. Dont waste your time unless you have no other choice. Ive been going to this same location for 5 years and it hasnt got any better. Good luck.

The crew members are just great here. They let me use a tool they had from their own toolbox, it was just a screwdriver, but it was the thought.

Went to get a diagnostic test done on my car but they wouldnt do it but they told me what to do and I was good with that because I learned something new that day.

Reason for 2 stars because of 2 employees. They dont greet regardless to the race. But one manager is really good and nice. I switched back to Highland Park store.

When I mean Auto Parts to this location same people been working there for years and I can understand why theyre very helpful and they work hard if you want to get in and out I pick this place

I walked up to the service counter and waited to be addressed--that is asked if I was ready to pay for the item I had in my hand--and was ignored by three employees. I replaced the item on the store shelf where I found it and went across the street to their competitor and received the good manners, and intelligent behaviour, I was expecting.

Very peculiar experience today on 4/8/19 around 6:30pm. Went into the store to ask that a diagnostic be ran because my check engine light came on. The guy, older man of the two, tells me he cant because their network is down. I asked him if he was telling me the machine wouldnt generate any codes ... He said, Yeah the system is down across the whole state. The store wasnt that crowded. There were 2 people behind us. Even if it was, he couldve asked us to wait. Nonetheless, I dont appreciate him lying to me. I left, got in my car and called a location far away in Howell, MI just to see if it was the whole state ... The man said I could bring the car in for the reading. Then, I called the one in Warren (13 & Dequindre) and got quality service. It took 2 seconds, and the guy gave me a print out. I wont spend my money at the one in Hamtramck any more. Just dont get what that mans point in telling me the network is down while I see him using the computer, and accepting credit card payments. Quite odd ... and Lazy it seems. 😑 smdh. **Hope he sees this**

I experienced very bad service. bought a starter and was life time warranty. after not even a year broke down. went to store for replacement and you talking a run around. ended up paying some extra for replacement. really bad service.

Went in today had to order, an antenna mast. Itll be there in a couple of days. Dont really have anything negative to say.

I came to this AutoZone because my car battery was dead, and I didnt have jumper cables. Needless to say, my day wasnt off to a great start; however, all 3 employees I interacted with were friendly and made the pain of unpreparedness hurt a little less. They helped me find the jumper cables and truly wanted to know how they could improve my day.

Good place ok prices but find in cheaper on the internet sad considering we the motor city find it cheaper in Florida or California

Getting better as far as staff doing their job.

Dont buy these parts. I know almost everything is made in China or someplace but the quality control on their stuff is poor. Everything Ive gotten that was their store brand more complex than a simple sensor failed prematurely(i.e. hub assemblies, batteries, starters, etc). Now I order online or from the dealerEdit: last thing I got from here was a $12 duralast toggle switch. It just broke the 2nd time I used it just for some L.E.D work lights on my pickup.

I went there to buy windshield sprayer for my car, I got one, its universal but its not good in quality and Thats the only one they was carrying at that time, truly I didnt like their customer services because they are not friendly with their customers. The boy at the counter wasnt busy but didnt help me to find the parts.

Auto Zone employees are always so helpful. Also very thankful that they install some of their products, i. e. windshiels wipers.

The Clerk was very friendly and helpful, but the price for a rotor was $65.99 in comparison to theyre competitor for $35.99!!!😱😱😱😱 Needless to say I went to Hastings whom had the better price and part!!!
