Terrible place, if your thinking about coming here to get your ps4 or any hdmi type of repair, this place is the WORST place, very unprofessional and unorganized. Way too overpriced for such bad service, they complain about why you blow up their phone when all they had to do was answer the first few times.This guy had my ps4 for over 2 weeks, and has made no progression, matter of fact, he made the hdmi worse, it seems scattered and way more broken then it was, I recommend going somewhere else, don’t get ripped off.( notice how he wont respond, nothing to say p**sy)

I have been using ABC Computer for 2 years now and let me tell you their customer service is always speedy and thorough !! Their work doesnt compare to other computer service stores at all. Just got my laptop back today. I was experiencing problems with my USB port and fingerprint scanner. The problem was complicated and was not solved, however Martin found an alternative fix, all while speeding up my PC in the process and improving its performance overall. He is not only a great guy, but incredibly smart and doesnt belittle you for your lack of tech knowledge, but inform you respectfully. Highly recommended! Thanks again, man! I will be back in the future for sure if the situation demands it!

DATA RECOVERY!! DATA RECOVERY!!Not my first time having some work done at ABC Computers. Took my work laptop up north a few months ago and long story short, it stopped working. Brought it to ABC and Martin and Nick did an excellent job repairing the issue, but mainly recovering my data (HUUUGE SAVE). installed data drive in used lap top and I instantly was able to resume working. Laptop purchased at a very reasonable price and still used daily till today, plus my original laptop works better than ever. Truly saved my butt and my business. Thank you guys!!

What kind of business closes an hour and a half before actual closing time?? Also not a man of his words, since November and you can’t fix a hdmi port very unprofessional.

They kept my laptop near a month and did nothing even did not let me know the repair status. At last, I had to take it back without any repairs.

I found ABC Computers when my previous laptop was having issues with its charging port. The service I received for that computer was the best, I knew every step of what was being ordered and how my laptop was fairing. And when I somehow managed to get a small Silica ball stuck in my audio jack, I knew exactly where to go to get help. Whether its a big issue or a little one, the guys at ABC Computers will do what they can to fix it.

Martin at ABC Computers helped me with my system security. His knowledge was impressive and now my system(s) boot up and run faster with the new security architecture.

So, it started as a fairly simple day. I texted Martin of ABC Computes Detroit about our slow internet service. I told him that Comcast root caused the issue to my equipment ( modem, router, repeater, etc). He confirmed a late evening time and I agreed. Earlier in the afternoon my partners 2015 VW GTI found a check engine light after he filled with gas and failed to completely secure the gas cap, ... Check Engine Light, Engage! In an attempt to save my self a trip to the hated VW dealership, I asked my friend if there was a way I could simply clear the fault. He instructed me to disconnect the battery for 20 seconds, so either I completed the process incorrectly or it was terrible advice. Regardless, the Check Engine Light remained now accompanied by the Stability Control Light and the Traction Control Light. AUGH!!!!!! I know what your thinking, what does any of this have to do with ABC Computers. Well, I was so focused on trying to solve this vehicle problem, I actually forgot about my appointment with Martin who was walking up my driveway as I was about to drive to Autozone. I escorted Martin to our control panel where he conducted a series of tests confirming the issue, as you might have guessed was 100% a Comcast issue. Comcasts guaranteed download speed of 600mbps and upload speed of 20mbps actually feel far short of those specifications. While Martin was conducting the equipment tests, he overheard me speaking with Autozone asking if they cleared vehicle faults, which they do not! He indicated, he had a scan tool that might clear my vehicle faults. After Martin finished our equipment assessment, he cleared the faults and the GTI is road ready! Boom!!!!! Thank you Martin! You are our number one. When you go to to ABC Computers Detroit, ask for Martin, he is the BEST!

Martin and Nick are amazingly lovely and not judgy if you bring in your laptop that seems to launch itself off your bed and need a little care because you are a very BAD owner. They will try to fix anything you bring to them and will do it for a very reasonable price. Or find you a replacement for a good price that they will back up servicewise if youve damaged your device beyond repair. Ive had my ThinkPad (which I just cannot say goodbye to) fixed like 4 times here and it always comes back better than when I got it. Its a clunky, heavy, kind of slowish old thing, but Im attached to it and they humor me and my sentimental bond with my Betty. Yes, I named my computer. Do you have a problem with that? They can also fix desktops, phones, TVs, and pretty much any electronic you screwed up.They also offer web design and just a fine array of technical support for anything you might need.And they have drinks and snacks!

I went there to fix a hp stream notebook keyboard keys a,s,d,f and two other keys I cant remember. They said if they cant fix it I dont have to pay anything. They took 25$ just to diagnose it, and said that it will take 125$ to fix it.

Since Ive been going there for about a year now..their more helpful then most places around..they show concern and is not afraid to tell what you might need or a place to get something if they dont have it..Aswell the prices are excellent. .I recommend them to everyone.their now fixing on my ps3 I have a feeling they will get it done soon
