This place needs some change of staff. The older gentleman and middle-eastern appearing lady are extremely rude - particularly when their boss is not there. Its incredible how different their attitudes are when Frank is around. The rest of the staff is courteous and helpful though. I used to like coming in here. Its very close to my house and convenient. However, there are many other stores in the area that offer the same services with much better customer service. Id suggest the store at Conant and Caniff over Walters. In addition to infinitely better customer service they also have a much bigger selection of.... Everything. If you dont mind being talked down to and treated like yesterdays trash Walters is a fine place to shop.

The people at Walters are so friendly and the prices are reasonable for a corner store. The laundry mat there is clean and the free dry during the week is helpful for those of us on fixed income.

Been going here for awhile, years!!!!! Never had a problem here, their upgrade looks good, they have the Laundromat nextdoor bringing businesses to Hamtramck. Giving food to the community, have all your Fireworks needs. I only dont go there that much anymore due to moving out of Hamtramck but this is a great Store.

I love this store! They have every kind of alcoholic beverage you could want and if they dont have it, they will try to order it for you including expensive hard to gets like Pappy Van Winkle bourbon and cheap Thomasella wines which can be hard to find.

I wouldnt use the 2.75$ white machines they dont wash your clothes and I had to rewash my clothes and when it came to getting my 2.75$ back I get a story about her manager isnt here! so I came back next week and she claims her manager is on vacation! I wont be coming back to this location anymore. why should I have to come when his here? she should make a note of it and run me my Damn money. I would like to add I asked if they fixed the white machines and she claimed they did I didnt chance it! so I watched another customer use it and of course their clothes have no suds and are barley wet. That isnt clean! smh you just lost a weekly customer! fyi this place is brand new and nice but the white machines dont wash your clothes properly! so youre forced to use a 4.00$ machine! pfff bye.
