My order took 5 months till I received it when they promised me it would be ready within 8 weeks. And when I received the order it had mistakes and was not the same as the order I placed. These people are not organized with their work they are not professional. At the time of purchase they did not even give me a receipt. Never trust these people. The employees are irresponsible along with the owners. They do not know how to treat the customer.

I am on my 3rd order for my brothers home. I just had to take the time out of my day to show appreciation to AlAmeer Furniture. Absolutely astonishing new Turkish fabric that just came in recently.One of the things that stood out the most was the customer service. Nasser made me feel really special. I had to get my furniture in ASAP and they worked night and day to execute.I love how they under promised and over delivered on there expectations. They have earned all of my business for good.Thank you Nasser & everyone that helped along the way to make this a great experience.

This place has a really friendly staff and a huge selection of high quality turkish fabrics.

I went there to have someone come to my house and get the measurements, they took my information and now its been a week and I havent heard back. It seems they are less interested doing business with the local community.
