Just discovered this store today. Was planning on going to Record Graveyard and I got the hours wrong but I’m sure glad I did. Excellent selection, excellent prices, excellent and knowledgeable owner. $3 records here are cleaner and in better condition than $10 records I’ve bought at other stores in the metro area. One of the best selections of 45s I’ve ever seen. I’ll definitely be back.

Really cool shop with an interesting selection of records, literature and even clothes! Was pleased to see a $1 section for different sweaters, tops and other linens on top of lots of titles of books. You cant beat the prices and you can tell the owner put a lot personal care into this store.

The store is the visible part of the iceberg which is Richie the owners interests. Richie is a record label and is in 6 bands. Vinyl is an interest. Art is an interest. Off beat books is an interest. Go there to figure it out.

Dont listen to review from HW. Crybaby wannabe. Richie has a great store with an eclectic mix of music, art and fashion. His knowledge of music is DEEP and I often rely on his personal choices when picking up a stack of old school 45s. FIVE STARS!

I had the lovely pleasure this afternoon of visiting this record store after being away from hamtramck for quite some time and my experience was quite divine. The owners were obviously hippies but still nice people. The male owner whose name I sadly forgot to get was quite knowledgeable about music and very cordial towards myself. The female owner was taking a bit of a rest but nice regardless. Oh and did I mention that the store has a beautiful fluffy white cat that I got to pet and I love kitties! I originally went into the store to inquire about a victrola which they sadly did not have and ended up finding several treasures such as a first edition pressing of Billie Holidays Lady In Satin and a very rare Sade record. If you are ever in michigan or just in hamtramck, please check out Lo&Behold Records&Books and I promise you will not be disappointed. :)
