There is a female associate, she was super nice. Had all the answers to our questions. Client service was spot on. So appreciate that. Definitely recommend this place for any roofing needs.

Devon and Terrence were my heroes and changed my flat tire on the side of the road. All in 100+ degrees outside. True gentlemen and knights in shining armor. These men deserve a raise. If I ever need roofing I will be coming here!

Awesome employees, great customer service

We hauled freight for beacon roofing and got it to location as soon as we could. They owed us for the freight and we got some money but still owe us some and will not pay. Have left emails phone calls and wont response to either. Bad business. Been over a year. Actually needs a no star rating. If they owe you money you will be lucky to get it

Its called roofing supply group, not unload trucks group. Roofing customers are their main priority. Sometimes that means trucks have to wait to be unloaded. Trucks are not their customers. Roofers are. If you waited three hours, you were there two hours before they opened.

Employees dont care about delivery drivers time. Ive delivered here 3 times and all 3 times Ive sat 3 hours waiting to get unloaded. It doesnt effect their schedule for the day but it sure effects the drivers.
