First-class service!These wonderful folks helped me out with a flask for my sons 21st birthday. As it was solid copper and we couldnt engrave the bottom, as hoped, they walked me thru my various options and we came up with an alternative (the cap) that I was wholeheartedly pleased with! They also managed to get me out of a bind, as I had forgotten about it until the very last minute. I cant say they would always be able to do that, but I *CAN* say they will go the extra mile to do everything they can for you. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!
