Good selection and great customer service

You would think the basics included the basics. Sure, they have the usual liquors. I headed over because I was nearby. I needed the most common brand of bitters around. They don’t carry bitters of any sort. “Because people don’t ask for it.” Seems to me a decent liquor store is going to stock the basics to make the classic cocktails, not just the stuff people get drunk on these days. And when a potential regular customer wants something as classic as Angostura bitters, maybe they would consider telling you they’d stock it for you instead of turning you away disappointed.

The owners are very friendly and super-helpful. I love having a decently stocked liquor store right around the corner from me. Support small business!

Good. I was there waiting for the store to open. It opened late within one hour from the time on the store schedule. 10AM-? It opened around 10:30. Waiting for the system going up & running before I make the purchase. I didnt mind waiting.

Love the place always clean

They had a decent selection of things and the staff was friendly. However as of around March 2015 I dont think they are in business any longer.Ive visited the store a few times in the past 6 weeks, always during normal business hours/days and at different times and the door is always locked. I dont live very far and pass by almost daily and havent seen the Open sign on a single time. Id try and call ahead if you want to visit this Hanahan liquor store, Ive called 6+ times and no one has answered.
