Online orders take the entire day. Same day pick up means if you order it at opening also means you’ll get it if it’s right before closing or the next day. Defeats the purpose of even ordering online. What convenience is that? Oh it’s not.

Kelly was so helpful today when I asked if they had more of a particular frame I needed for my brothers wedding in stock. They ended up not but Kelly gave great effort into finding out if they did or didnt. Great customer service!

The store always has what I need. I was looking for individual cake decorating tips and they have a really good selection there for cheap. I only needed one and I paid less than $2 for it which is awesome.

They have a good amount of hobby materials. I needed glue to repair a fabric slide. Had everything at a good price.

I placed an order for about 20 pots online for curbside pickup. When I went to pickup two older employees came out to deliver it, I had already opened the trunk.The brought a big box with them, stacked all the pots neatly inside AND THEN used some reusable bags I had in the trunk to wrap each stack they made so they were not touching and did not break during my drive home.I did not ask them to do this and they didnt mention anything when they were done. They just waved and said I was good to go. I wish I had gotten their names because I think they deserve some recognition! Couldnt have been happier with their service and all pots arrived safely home without any damage! Thanks again!

Great place to shop for the arts and crafts essentials. They have almost everything you may need for drawing, painting, and even kids art projects. Employees are super nice and they always help you find what you need.

Good clearance deals found in the aisles. Staff is a little stretched thin. Not much in the ways of sense of urgency to get the customer taken care of when theyre waiting to be checked out and there are no cashiers.

All in all this Michaels is a very good store, sometimes though theres a lack in materials but thats not very often

I was just casually shopping today but the cashier, a tall pretty young woman, was very nice and even complimented me about my hair as it is quite vibrant. Im hard of hearing and the masks and barriers make it even more hard to hear. I made her repeat herself for which I do apologize. But again Id like to thank you. Sometimes a compliment like that goes further than you might think.

Shelves were bare..a lot of boxes in the isles..friendly staff, they stopped carrying a lot of items like wrapping paper and tissue paper....

Place is alright but seems supply is low and the cashier referee us to Hobby Lobby.

Not super easy to find an employee but when you do they are super knowledgable I think they are very crafty.

I love Micheals. They have a great rewards program and excellent coupons and best of all they do not have a political agenda. I crochet, sew and bake and my daughter draws and paints and they always have the supplies we need at a reasonable price.

Micheals is a crafty place. From the materials you gather here, you can truly spin an epic yarn. Also the store smells like cinnamon.

It has a grip load of options for your crafting needs but expensive! But I realize you have to compete with online retail. We need to support these brick and mortar places.

There is just so much stuff, prices arent bad and the staff was nice.

My wife was able to find some stencils she needed for a last minute project. Staff was very creative with possible methods to help complete it.

I was on a restock shopping trip for materials that I dont normally use or purchase, and was able to find all of the material needed at a reasonable price in the quantities desired. The person I did the shopping for was quite pleased with the quality and selection of merchandise I purchased.

A good general crafts store, but you should look elsewhere for specific items in your craft.

This store is always clean and I can usually find what I am looking for...plus a little extra...Lol. The staff lacks though. I dread the checkout process because the cashiers are not usually friendly and actually seem irritated when I go to use competitors coupons. It makes checking out awkward and unpleasant. I love that Michaels accepts other stores coupons but it ruins my shopping experience to end on a sour note. This review is based on many visits, not just one. Crafting and hobbies are such a fun thing to do, it would be nice to have the staff show some enthusiasm towards giving out great deals.

Found what I needed

I buy so much stuff here i love this place they have just about what ever u need,

The Prisma markers, colored pencils and other pro grade markers n colored pencils, were on average one dollar more than at most places. Art is already an expensive lifestyle. This store also did not have any Prisma blending markers.

Great discounts. I can usually find what Im looking for. Friendly staff. And an unconditional teacher discount. Im sold.
