Store is nice... just wish the customer service was better. Starbucks employees were amazingly nice and make cool drinks♡

Today while walking back to my car from the store I witnessed a mexican employee (i think his name was Kenyon or something) shout BING BING WAHOO and then jump a full fast food cup and it splashed Coke all over my new Toyota Avalon. I am very upset about this.

Always clean, I am always greeted by someone at the front who is cleaning carts which makes me feel very safe. The check out line (if long) is always well managed & moves quickly. The store is always well stocked. The staff is usually helpful when needed & friendly! Target is definitely my first pick. I do not like going to Wal-Mart if I don’t have to! 😊

Last night I went to Target in Hanford and was having trouble finding the right product. Ashley who was working by the makeup section (I believe last initial was B) was very helpful! She was patient and kind throughout helping me find what I was looking for. Keep up the awesome work!

I had not requested curbside, but parked there to go in to get items, employee generously offered to bring my purchase to me! (My knee had given out on me as I was walking to my car! So I appreciated the offer SO MUCH

I used to love Target the but quality and the cleanilness of the Hanford, CA store has really gone down. Long wait lines, messy aisles and the stock of items compared to others Target stores is limitefd.

I felt a little discriminated this morning when i was waiting in line to pay this employee kept telling people behind me to go to the next cashier when i only had three things in my hand and she saw me waiting for about 10min until i was able to pay i dont know but i shouldve been first there was people in front of me

If you need an electric shopping cart to shop then dont shop here at the Hanford ca store. Apparently there is only 2 carts available at this store. Unacceptable for a store of this size.

I went to Target in Hanford Ca. I love target but they did not make sure that customers in line were 6 ft away from each other. I told the customer behind me to please step back from me. Of course I got a nasty reply. Their employees were not protected in any way. No masks no gloves. I called the store with my concerns and was told they were doing their best. I then called their corporate office and was basically told the same thing. What makes me angry is that Target IS NOT protecting their CUSTOMERS OR EVEN EVEN THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES. They have lost a customer. I will not in good conscience watch this. I dont know if any other stores are any better because, i have not been out in 2 months. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS.

I wanted to give a compliment to someone in the Pharmacy. I think his name is IVAN. He is so amazing and I have never had a more positive experience at any pharmacy in my life. This young man is friendly, fast and efficient! He effortlessly multitasks at his role at the pharmacy and always gives excellent service. He is Bilingual (Spanish/English) and he is a major asset to this store. Please do what ever it takes to keep him! I even made my mom transfer all her prescriptions there because of his excellent service! We even got our flu shots there this year! Thank you Ivan for what you do every day!! from a loyal customer :-)

Target respects its customers as guests and treats them well, unlike the fascists across the way at Walmart. Plus Target stores are universally clean and well stocked with helpful Team Members.

It is my favorite store in this area.

Most of the Targets I have been to and most of the times I have been to my regular Target have been clean, well laid out, and have many associates to recover the store and offer assistance. This particular visit was outstanding because there were plenty of associates working hard to clean the store before closing and there were plenty of checkers so there was no line to check out. The employee who checked me out was very efficient and courteous.

First off, I have to say that the customer service is rather mixed at this location. Some employees are rather nice and friendly, but others are rather rude and have the attitude that they would rather be anywhere but at Target working. Im a regular customer, but from now on I am going to shop less and less here from my experience this week.While trying to shop for a new cell phone at Target, one of the Technology guys at Target was talking behind my back to another employee and he has done this before. This is very unprofessional and I have been here quite a few times looking through their selection of cellular phones, but that doesnt give you a reason to degrade a customer and doing it out in the open like that.Upon contacting manager, she seemed supportive and got another employee to help me and he was not enthusiastic about doing so. Afterwards, I was forced to pay my item with the Tech guy that gave me problems in the first place.Very unprofessional handling of the situation and of management not taking responsibility for an employee that is not taking his job seriously. Will be contacting corporate about the matter.

Too much inventory not in stock. There were very few of the items on my shopping list in stock. That is not new for this store. Their inventory management sucks.

Used the pick up service. It was a quick walk in and walk out. I was busy running errands with my 3 year old and let me tell you it was very convenient.

Not crowded and great selection

I PURCHASED a pool online. It said it was processing and then 30 minutes later my online order said it was no longer able for pick up due to being sold out. I had already PURCHASED the last one online. The company now has my money and wont refund it for 24-48 hours and someone else was able to purchase the pool that I had already paid for. Whats the point of shopping online if people can just snag things off the shelf and that cancels your order. Unacceptable.

During the holiday season all the employees remained helpful and very kind. I had 5 employees ask if I needed help and if everything was ok. I also was offered service to be helped to my car. They made my trip so enjoyable and had the holiday spirit. This is why I choose Target. Great team!

BE AWARE AT DRIVE UP! I ordered $400+worth of product and the women put it in the wrong car and told the other people sorry! She straight up was going to give my TV & Dyson to another women! Didn’t apologize to me the most Janky target ever.

The service at starbucks was incredible. i lost my purse and the employees did everything they could to help me. the security guard even helped me look through the trash and customer service gave me ideas on where to look and took my information down incase they find it. i will definitely return to this location, i have never had a bad experience here, but tonight was just over the top amazing!

A lot of the prices are very high but it is what it is. But a lot of the workers I had talked to or asked questions too were very rude. Maybe they were tired from all the chaos at the moment in the world and working extra hard to clean and restock but I still felt the rudeness towards me.

I was able to find what I needed quickly and was able to make my purchase quickly.

Was excited to go dress shopping till I arrived at the fitting room as I arrived the team member was talking to a fellow team member off the clock making plans to drink because she was 21 now. Very unprofessional this place has gone down hill

The power went out as I was just about to check out. The manager did a great job getting everyone checked out as quickly as possible. I had a problem scanning my card and he also took care of that in no time. I was super impressed by how smoothly that went. I can find some pretty great deal on food and drink items which is my main reason for shopping there. Thanks for not making that a torturous experience.

I like Target but the one thing that we poke fun of there is their clearance items and the prices.. When it is regularly $4.99 and you slap a clearance sticker for $4.32 and a savings of .67, that isnt clearance.. Come on, who you think your foolin?? 😁

Fast & Correct = Efficient! Faster than Walmarts service and has more products available for drive up orders. The app is easier to use also.

Two stars. I know. Dont hate me. I normally LOVE Target like any other basic mom. This Target though?.. First thing, theres almost ALWAYS an employee or two, or three hanging out to the left of the doors, smoking. Super annoying when the smell carries and theyre just there, staring. Certainly theres somewhere else to have their smoke break. Second, the dollar spot is always a disaster. Most notably, frequently very sparse! Or half an item is stolen. (face palm).... And third/finally... in the makeup section, there was an employee telling everyone yeah, go ahead and test that! but it Was.Not.A.Tester!! And a good chunk of their makeup is open, pump primed, tested... messy. Just really beneath Target standards.

The security guards and managers are racist. Ive seen them consistently stop only black people at the door. We have reported this to their managers who didnt care or have done anything to correct the problem.

People are nice, helpful and surprisingly happy.... what? Of course they are, its Target truly no matter which one I drop in on. I always have a great experience. Very clean and well organized.

Generally a great store to shop at but this target has an issue opening lanes at peak times. Theyll take one or two people to a lane then close it, which is fine but it doesnt solve the problem. Lately the problem has been slow cashiers. It might seem harsh but peak hours mean setting your store up to succeed by not putting the slowest cashiers possible on your lane. Its rare but it really sucks when it takes 20 minutes to check out with only 2 people in front of you because you put the slowest possible cashier on the only truly open register.

I love going here! I love that theres a little food stand and Starbucks. These stores are amazing. Nice and clean as well as friendly staff.

I love to shop at target however they are out of stock of alot of items. I hope too that they dont change the floor plan.

Its friendlier than Walmart and you dont have to deal with the huge crowds 75 percent of the time. Most employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, others lack a sense of urgency and seem irritated. I wish they would remember who they have asked for a red card. It gets old after awhile. I recommend going online and getting the in store pick up. Its the only target in town so everyone in town goes there. Maybe head to Fresno or Visalia.

Used to like this store. Now it’s often messy, bathrooms unsanitary, The ladies who were working on Starbucks were too busy chitchatting instead of attending to their customers who wanted to order drinks, very rude.. But the rest of the target staff were nice and provide good customer service.

This Hanford store is so poorly run! So many departments are lacking in restocking. The fresh grocery department is the worst ever. On Friday morning at 9:15 and the meat department was completely wiped out and there are empty areas throughout that department.. Shelves were randomly empty throughout the store, even in the garden section. This is why local goes to other communities to shop - because store in our own town won’t keep shelves stocked! So disappointing. Why would I want to shop locally when our local stores don’t care enough to give me a reason to stay?

This store is always clean and never too crowded even at lunch time. They have self-check out if you are in a hurry. I have never waited more than 1-2 minutes to check out, even at lunch time.

Fast and easy. I’m glad they have this service. I was in Visalia Target at Christmas time and they were sold out but said they had one in Hanford so I purchased the last one and it was held for me. No worries no rush. Thanks for this service.

Target team will always honor a price adjustment if the item is questionable. Example: I found an item today that was regular price on the shelf but when I scanned it through the Target app it read as a discounted price. When I arrived at the register it read a different price from the shelf AND the app. I explained that it was cheaper in the app. The lady at the register used her phone to check the price on HER Target app and yet it read a different price higher than what I found...so...I scanned the item in front of her and her manager and showed them the cheapest price that my Target app was scanning and they honored it. Confusing why this happened but appreciate that they were willing to make it right. Also the staff are ALWAYS friendly and go out of their way to offer help.

I had the worst experience with the cashier Emonie. Rather than call a manager and deescalate the situation she ignored and didn’t engage. Further enraging me to the situation. I will no longer be shopping at Target after being a loyal shopper and red card user. This target is an absolute garbage show in organization and what products they have beside the lacking customer forethought. You’re better off going to Walmart.

This Target is a smaller target, it lacks options that larger Targets offer to guest. It is slow to restock its shelf space, and fix cosmetic damage to the store. Staff on the other hand are 5 stars, ( great people) they are doing the best job they possibly can.

I had just given birth was getting discharged and i needed these last minute things for my baby you guys had it ready in no more than an hour true life saver made it very easy to pick up and be on my way home with my family tried this at walmart 2days later at 10am said it wouldnt be ready till 8pm for pickup mind you im driving 45 min to even get here with a newborn last thing i want to do is be out late or waiting. So that being said thank you.

This store is much cleaner than the other retail/grocery store in the area. The prices are a little higher but can be offset with using their Cart Wheel app (Coupon App). I wish they had a self checkout to speed up the lines.

I noticed a charge for bags. when i picked up my item i clearly informed them to remove charges because i was not in need of bags for one item. i was not credited up to my debit card.
