Walked in with my husband and was not greeted by any of the workers at this Sally’s. Aside from not being greeted, one of the girls who was working the cash register to the right of the store walked to the back and couldn’t be bothered to ask if we needed any help. The other cashier didn’t bother to ask either. I tried finding what I came in for and wasn’t successful. I suggest taking your business to Ulta in a heartbeat. Their customer service is impeccable. Sally’s employees really need to take a customer service crash course for beginners.

Nice store but its not easy to find what youre looking for and/or what price it is.

I love this place, Reasons mostly because the employees assisted me when I walked in without any clue where to find my supplies, Also one of them help me understand what to do because I am new to doing my hair. The place is very organized and the employees are very nice and patient, I recommended this place if you want to pay a cheap prices getting the stuff to dye your hair. But for sure I know this place is great for me and hopefully for you too,

Pretty small, but usually has what I’m looking for.

They are so much more helpful than the one in Lemoore. The owner is very nice, and extremely helpful, the staff sometimes it is a hit and miss but a majority of the time they are really helpful, and they always have what I need in stock and whenever Ive needed it they have gone ahead and ordered it for me.

One lady charged my debit card instead of giving me the full refund on my debit card >:[ ..so the few items i was trying to return because i didnt really need them were not returned. apparently on my receipt it shows a purchase and so does my bank card statement....my fault for not checking .. but the clerk should know what a refund is!!!!! how to do a refund as well!!!....buying those items all over again,, n i dont even have those items because i returned them ....(NOT!!!),, was not the outcome i wanted.. very unsatisfied!!!!
