Nice clean store, friendly service. Would enjoy a larger vinyl selection.

All the employees are super nice and while stuff can be pricey, everything is totally worth it. I would recommend this place to video game lovers or anime watchers for sure. They have quite a few Mangas to read, and they arent terribly priced. They also have stuff you can buy for shows and/or movies like The Office and Back to the Future. I always get so excited to go there and find something cool to buy.

Some interesting finds for everyone. If you like hard copies of dvds or cds this is your spot. If your into anime and the merch culture this is your spot. Or if your looking for a little bit of nostalgia or a gift for the young at heart this could be your spot as well. I definitely will be back during the holiday season to shop for all my kids and hard to buy for gift recipents.

Good place for used CDs & DVDs with good prices. Do not buy new DVDs here especially the TV seasons as they can be found for up to $100 less on Amazon.

Clearly shows theyre moving out of the mall. Shelves are being emptied but not filling back up. Great way to abandon the town.... Jump ship... Bail! Mark up on items makes eBay look cheap!

This location has slowly started to go downhill in recent years. Always the same merchandise being sold and very little new items ordered upon visiting this location in the span of a few months. Customer service isnt the best and the reason I believe new items arent being ordered is because they are having a hard time as it is trying to sell what they have, partly because of the prices they charge and the fact that what they do carry isnt appealing to the customer.Will not be doing business with this store anymore!!!

Great place for young people to shop for music and miscellaneous items.

I was able to purchase a unique gift for my sister at this location. It took longer than I was led to believe, but the result was worth the wait. I was unable to use my debit/credit card due to internet issues at the kiosk, but fortunately I had cash. My sister LOVED the gift!

Love coming here when i have the money. Always having small sales. Nice finds in music, movies, collectibles. Even some candies and clothing as well. Customer service could be a bit better. But nice people.

They do have a lot of cool stuff but the service is really bad the employees are just behind the register talking they dont make any effort to see if someone needs help wont be coming back.

Forget music... This is where you need to go for novelty items. Tons of Funkos, shirts, horror movie stuff. We just ran in for a quick look and ended up looking around for 45 minutes. Love this place.

This is still the best store ever. Wish the one near us never closed down cause the only ones near by are anywhere between a 1 & 3 hour drive away. I will definitely be coming back to this location soon.

This is always a fun place to check out and look at figures or find some new music. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I would recommend anyone to check this place out.

Not as great as it once was.

This is a great place for collectables that you cant find elsewhere. Also, movies and music as well. I have ordered online and gone into store to find what I need. If I cant I ask the friendly costumer service. They are quick and helpful. I miss the one they had in Clovis off Shaw/Minnewawa area.

Way too small but still have some good stuff, do not recommend to go get movies tho. Small selection.

Lots of novelty items

The staff needs to be retrained on how to use the credit card equipment. The clerk said it wont take Samsung pay, which is incorrect because I scanned my phone and it was ACCEPTED just like a credit card. The clerk freaked out and hit cancel and made me use my card, even though my purchase had already been approved.

Very disappointed In the Hanford store. I was use to the Clovis store with people knowledgeable about what they had in their large store. Hanford store is not only small and does not have the large variety that Clovis had. When I asked about a particular new movie the salesperson said never heard of it and left me standing there as he walked away. Clovis salespeople would never have done that to me. Oh well

There is a variety of useful things to buy here.

A lot of there merchandise is marked up higher than usual. Example, no Street fighter cabinet should be retailing for more than 299.My bigger concerns are the lack of pricing found on their clearance area. Made it impossible to shop.Cleanliness standards were low. Looked like no one is wiping down dust or cleaning anything in general during down time.Good selection of CDs and DVDs just know you will pay more due to this being dubbed a specialty store.

This store has DVDs at a reasonable prices, however their prices for other merchandise are little expensive.

They have a little bit of everything you can think of. Price point, extremely hit or miss. What youre looking for will either be insanely over priced or extremely under retail price. Very hit or miss.
