I was looking to purchase a used car, and found one that I actually liked. I talked to the salesman and we filled out the paperwork together. I was told to give them a few hours since the staff member that needed to submit my application wouldnt be available until later. Well that was a week ago and I never heard anything. The salesman didnt even have a business card, he used a stamper on a yellow sticky note to give me his contact information. If this is how they do business on a regular basis, my sympathies to their customers. I regret ever going there, they need to hire someone who knows how to run the office!
