I had been a customer for YEARS until I purchased a torch lighter that stopped working 2 days later. I didnt want a refund, just to pay the difference for something better and the owner threw a fit, absolutely refused to take the torch back. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE PEOPLE!

I always heard good things about this store i went for the first time 2 days ago and the young guy working was rude and was treating customer like he was giving favors. Very bad experience. i will never use that place.

Older man is great but owners brother is laid back, lot of attitude and rude guy. We always go during weekdays when older man is working . He is awesome.

Very Unprofessional. by mistake i bought 100 instead of short, went again to exchange got nothing but an attitude. He was constantly argue with me for just an exchange. Horrible customer service. Spoiled my Saturday
