Honestly every visit I’ve had here has been a positive one. The employees are very helpful and always ask if you need any help or recommendations. Thanks to the sweet lady who helped me pick out a serum for my hair. I will say the cashiers can be a tad friendlier but kudos to the girls at the door who are so willing to help!!

Just had a Redken Shades EQ gloss, and it was a fantastic experience. Samantha was superb. She is very welcoming, listens to what I want, explains everything, and is quick and neat. I am looking forward to returning. The gloss is exactly what I wanted! It feels healthy, and the color is spot on.

Looking for make up in all the wrong places, until I discovered Ulta Beauty. The make up is awesome, if you need help from a shade of foundation to advice on cleansing your skin. If youre are satisfied you can return the make up and exchange it for another item. I recommend Ultra to all the beautiful ladies.

Late in the evening I went to go check out some products and the associates were very helpful and attentive.

I had a wonderful experience with Kristen today. We spent most of the day together as she worked on my hair. She worked some magic and made my hair the most beautiful blonde. She has a great personality and makes for a great experience. She explained each step and process with me. She even recommended the best products for my hair! All I could say was wow as I left there. I highly recommend Kristen at the Hanford Salon. Excellent service.

I placed an order there last week through the Ulta website. I was in a pinch and needed to pick something up immediately after getting off because I had a flight to catch. The order wasnt ready due to I LITERALLY just ordered it lol didnt know they have 4 hours (my fault for not reading fine print) but I got there with my ID and info and told them I was in a hurry unfortunately since I had a flight to catch. The manager ran over and immediately sped up the process the best she could for me. I was out of there with my order in less than 10 minutes. Not only that, but she was so NICE!!! And around this time of year in December? Not everyone can exhibit that kind of professionalism and kindness when they are very busy. I will read the print next time, but I truly appreciate them helping me out so quick. This Ulta is fantastic.

I absolutely love going to Ultra for all of my beauty needs. Its so simple to get the look that you want by telling them what you want to look like and they take care of everything. My only problem is that I always walk out with about $50 more than Im wanting to spend.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have so many products to choose from, I could spend a whole day and still not see everything. The bathroom was clean too.

First time going in. went around Christmas time just looking for a whole new set of makeup the lady helped me right aways she picked up a couple of different shades tried on half on each side of my face and I picked out the one I liked best. she even helped me with brushes. she made my box up for me with the stuff I liked most. still enjoying it thank you

I shop at multiple Ultas in the area, but this one is (unfortunately) the closest one to me. Every time I walk into the store on an errands day, I already know what I am going in for (usually cologne, sometimes hair products, etc.). Well, I dress very comfortably on these days, and today in particular I was unshaven and was in a bit of a hurry to get to an appointment. I wanted to check if the Big Sexy hair products were still on special, so I rushed over to where I knew theyd be. The associates up front didnt even bother to greet me, they just watched me whiz on by. I found the aisle I was looking for, and after seeing that the special was no longer valid, I went up to the register to purchase a gift card for a company raffle. As I made my way to the register, I caught the male agent on the floor whisper something into his mic and suddenly, BOOM, all eyes were on me. Like, really? Heres where Im going: Im a six foot guy, Hispanic, broad, and (as I mentioned before) was unshaven and dressed comfortably. How this registered as hes going to steal is beyond me. The worst part is that they thought someone like me wouldnt catch on, but I get it, its a beauty store, and if youre a guy who is not caked with makeup (like the male associate on the floor), you are instantly seen as some sort of thief. I come in here during my work week, dressed in suit-and-tie, and suddenly everyone is How can I help you?, but because today I was in shorts and shirt with facial hair and no girl on my arm, Im suddenly a threat? I cant wrap my head around it. Needless to say, I will be pursuing contacting the manager of this store.

Lots of cosmetics staff is usually helpful. They carry the higher end and the lower for a mix and match of good products.

Never been to this location and just recently had to get a gift card for a employees birthday and just happened to be in the area.Employees were very polite and welcoming and made sure if you needed help that you got the aid you needed. Definitely a good place to come and visit and your sure to not be disappointed.

Best store ever. Everything is in one location. And there hasnt been a time yet where they were out of stock of a item. Its well organized and full stocked with everything.

This was the first time I got my eyebrows done there and I was not disappointed. I normally go to some cheap $10 place, but I am sick of the inconsistency I dont want to have totally different eyebrows every time I get them done. The price isnt that much more and you get the added bonus of an actual professional lining up and centering your brows for you to see before the waxing starts. I will definitely be going to Ulta from now on, I highly recommend the brow bar!!!

Great services! I get facials regularly and recently started getting my hair done there. Its not cheap but you get what you pay for.

This store is nice but the management here is horrible!!!!!! So rude. In the 2 years I’ve been going 5 brow girls have worked there so you know something is up in that work area. Now that I drive to Visalia’s brow bar I see the same brow artist every time & way better service. THIS ULTA CANT EVEN KEEP A BROW GIRL!

I go to Ulta because its convenient for me, service is usually bad I have to ask for help. Good thing is I know what I need I run in and out. But those who need assistance with a question or color match good luck.

Twice, in just two months time I was overcharged for items that had signs showing that they were on sale. The cashires couldnt be bothered to check the signage. I was in a hurry both times and wasnt up to arguing. Total over charge $25. Come on, learn your sales.

Tomorrow I have to be on stage for an event. I have resistant grey. I called and was promised by the manager of the hair salon that his products would do the job. I said nothing works for me but Goldwell I have my own dye I will pay full price. Please just let me use my own. No was the response. So 4 hours and 60 dollars later I have grey roots.Unless you know what your talking about you should not speak with any kind of authority. I cant even go and get my hair dyed some place else or risk damage. I am stuck. I very much appreciate the time and work the young lady did on my hair. It was not her fault that her boss is a untrained fool. I will enjoy laughing it up with the ladies at the event and recommending they stay as far away from his advice as possible. I spoke directly to him, I was not mad, what good would that do. I needed him to know he was wrong and the position he put me in professionally as I am in a looks industry and will also be on the internet representing my company who focus on youth and beauty. When I told him we spoke and that he was wrong and I showed him my hair, he ignored me and went back to talking to the lady in his chair. Not even an sorry . The girl who did my hair could tell and she felt bad about it, but she was following his rules. The girl at the front counter where I paid full price said she was sorry. He is both ignorant and rude. I wont be going back, I cant believe someone like that is a manager.

First of all no one offered to help I understand it was a little busy but what bothered me was not the long wait at the line but the rude associate who rung me up not only she was rude she also made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed when I gave her the coupon for the 20% she was bothered she had to punch it in.. and said doesnt apply for prestige showed her the other one that was valid and looked bothered(upset ) I asked if it was valid and she wasnt friendly so I asked her to scan it and was she was so rude didnt even say it went through just said what the total was .. she didnt look like she wanted to be there.. I think I read Andi on her name tag not sure..

I love this store. Skin bar is located in the back with professional skin therapists for your skin care needs. Facials with Carly and Katie will make your day! Hair salon with great hair stylists, check out sophea, Saul, fanny etc they are all professionals! Beautiful benefit brows with Katie and a clinique bar as well.

I have no clue what they have inside. But people always look satisfied when they leave.

The last few times Ive gone no ones offered their assistance. It was obvious I needed some,but instead they ignored me and were doing their own make up.

HORRIBLE!!!! I made an appointment to have my hair highlighted in their salon for today. I was excited because Im getting married in 10 days and I have always trusted the Ulta brand. When I arrived I was told that the price would be about $100 more than what I had been quoted. Then I had to sit and wait awhile so that the hairdresser could speek to someone about my concern. When she came back she was ride and had no sense of customer service. She implied that I was lying because they dont quote over the phone apparently. I left almost in years. I would not ever recommend this salon to anyone. They are ride and try to take as much of your money as possible!
