Always fast, always delicious. They treat their employees right and provide great food at affordable prices.

The food is delicious as always. The only real issue is when the drive through line backs up it blocks all the parking spots in front of the building. Poor setup for that, but great location off the highway for a delicious bite to eat.

I enjoy coming here, from time to time, specially when the line is not as long!! Sunday night was my splurge day and throughout the day I enjoyed too many delicious carbs that I had to tone it down a notch and go Protein style (and YAS! had to get the 🍟s!!) Its never a problem ordering your food, your way to perfect your meal!

This place is not as hyped up as people say it is. It really isnt good. Burger had no real and it was animal style. My fries were animal style and they slapped a slice of cheese on it and a small amount of animal sauce. Also their fries feel like Im eating foam? It has a really weird feel to it. And it wasnt even hot.

Great place, always busy but it’s the only in n out around so it makes sense. Food is served relatively fast and now that dine in has reopened is very clean. I’ve been to this location quite a few times and have never had a problem with anything so overall as far as in n out goes this is one of the best.

In-N-Out seems to be consistently good no matter the location, and Hanfords didnt disappoint. Good job guys and gals!!

Food was great, but we were shock to see a young lady not wearing a jacket in 48 degree weather picking up trash, what manager in there right mind would do that to a person, this is not Southern California, it kind of spoiled are delicious dinner because we all knew she was suffering, can the owner make this right and stick up and support these hard working woman in the valley 😭 I only hope this help. Please stop the abuse of our hard working young ladys that our in the San Joaquin Valley. I feel terrible right now Because I new President Elect would make an phone call and say Come on man that some one daughter.

The food was great. Lost a star bcuz we ordered 2 eat in car with individual boxes & the cheese on my cheese fries was not looking hot, so I didnt eat them. There was no order in the way the orders were given. We had 2 re-arrange all orders without touching peoples food. 4 orders were made.

The hamburgues is alright, I didn’t like the fries, doesn’t look real. The menu is very basic like 4 options, and will be easy for them to be nicer.I will not come again.

Food was DELICIOUS. No burger joint can top In-N-Out. The employees were very kind, and double checked our orders to make sure they got nothing wrong. There was no line which is highly unusual for In-N-Out which I loved. Always going to go here for a quick bite.

First of all the fries were really plain with no flavor and the hamburger was way to salty, I assume the salt that was needed on the fries was in the hamburger, it has always tasted good, I guess today was not the day….

As always, In-N-Out Burgers never disappoint and the quality of the food is always consistent. Additionally, the milkshakes are pretty good and I always enjoy ordering their cheese fries and then ask for two special sauce packets to spread on the fries or dip your burger in.Definitely recommend this location to others...Overall rating: A+

This location it always packed but the lines and the drive through are always very fast. The employees are always super nice. Ive never had a problem with any of my orders and the location of this In-N-Out is just perfect. Everything looks clean.

Customer service is always great and so is the food!! No complaints whatsoever.

It was super fast even with long line. I was car #14 in line and it was only 18 minutes from ordering to check out with my food. The food is ALWAYS good!!

So good and not greasy! Its a good filling burger thats perfectly balanced. The fries are a bit weird to get used to at first but theyre freshly made each morning. You get the burgers pretty fast too. I love In-And-Out! Too bad there arent any on the east coast!

Always a pleasant experience!However, as a pointer during this pandemic and due to ADA laws.... yall may want to start training your cashiers/clerks in the front to know more about the masks and masking rules for your guests with legit medical conditions so theyre not going back and asking co-workers about a medical condition which violates HIPPA laws... instead, cashiers need to be going to their superiors for those special questions!Thanks again for your great service guys! 👍

I have been enjoying this In N Out burger location since they opened up back in late 2015 into early 2016, their burgers are very delicious, their fries are natural cut and it was okay, their menu was been simple as the good ol days, the secret menu was awesome, the service was excellent, and their prices are affordable. So get to the In N Out if you wanna have some animal fries to go with the neapolitan shake, and give this burger chain a ton of love and respect from the loyal customers like yours truly.

Well; this In-N-Out is in California, and my son treated me to my favorite burger after many years without. I wish they would open on the East Coast (New York Capital Region in particular). I miss the care that is given to EVERY order.It was a nice vacation treat!As an aside, I use to be a regular at the Woodland Hills, CA location on Ventura Blvd., thirty plus years ago.

I will continue to eat at In and Out. Delicious food and amazing customer service overall.Today, I ordered 2 double double meals and got home and realized both burgers were single patty. I reached out to In and Out via Facebook first and was responded to within 30 minutes. I was directed to their customer service number and was promptly taken care of. I’ve had several bad experiences with other fast food restaurants/chains not handling issues when alerted to them and In and Out took care of my issue right away. The food I did receive was delicious, fresh and even with a large line, everyone was friendly. All my past experiences I’ve never had huge issues. Overall, great establishment and good food.

They did their thing today! My normal order is always getting the Animal Style Burger, double double, with no tomatoes, onions or pickles. That always is delicious, but yesterday their animal fries, from which they normally have an issue with was really good. They have a reputation that the fries are not the greatest but props for this run through.

Always quick to get you threw the drive thru and always delicious burgers animal style only way to go.

Pretty darn good! Fries were a bit cool.. but got em animal style. Double Double was cooked very well to my liking. 5 years ago the same location would be a 3 at most as the burgers were usually undercooked. Im happy they corrected this.

Favorite burger joint ever

Even during lunch hours I went inside using the required face mask and got my lunches in a fairly decent amount of time even though the drive thru line was extremely long. Going inside seemed like the faster route!

Too much in and not enough out

Fast service friendly staff, from my point of view looks clean, only thing we dislike is their is so much trash around, around from the homeless people in the community, maybe invest in some extra hours of cleaning.

Was not up to usual service and quality

The line was super long. My family always gets well done fries, but this time the fries were charred to the point where they were hollow on the inside. They tasted and felt like veggie straws they were so hard. Well done does not mean burnt other than that everything was pretty good.

First time at this location. Line was long, and moved so fast. Amazing service and staff. Next time were in town well be sure to stop by again.

The only downfall is that they have a no cash policy right now.
