My wife went to this dealership Thursday, in search of a new vehicle. The salesperson, James Graham, treated my wife very courteously and with great respect.That evening, I returned to the dealership with my wife to look at the vehicle she had spoken with the salesperson about earlier in the day. Within 45 minutes, we drove that vehicle off the lot to become part of our family!We highly recommend this dealership and recommend dealing with James Graham!

The engine light came on in my car over the holiday weekend. I called Poage Chevrolet service department on Tuesday, they set an appointment for Thursday and in a jiffy they located and fixed the problem! Super friendly staff, I didnt have to wait and they scheduled the appointment to fit my work hours. I cant say enough good things about how well I was treated. Great experience.

Had my truck taken in for oil change and tire rotation. They called and wanted to know if they could replace any cabin air filter bc it was dirty and I said no. Got my truck back and it was making a terrible noise from the cabin fan. Took it apart and found that they never even replaced my old filter and managed to drop debris on the fan in the process. Had to spend a hour trying to get the debris out of it then had to buy a new filter. When I bring it in for an oil change and tire rotation, how about we just do what I ask instead of drumming up business and jacking stuff up in the process!
Great, experience, this is where I will get my new vehicle.
