Well my girlfriend needed a new phone since the one she had was almost 5 years old. She wanted to try US cellular, we went. The store manager was helpful to a extent to be fair. But see our issues came when we were starting to check out with everything. So we went thru t-mobile and honestly how everything is so much better not even funny
Went in today to exchange my sons phone. The young man told me it was going to be about a 40 minute wait due to a couple of customers ahead of us and staff taking lunch breaks. So I told him that’s fine will pop over to Walmart( which is in the same strip mall) and come back. To which he replied, “If you want to give your money to the corporate giants, Go ahead”. This said from the young man whose company collaborates with AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, and T-Mobile.
US Cellular sucks! Exspecially the Hannibal mo. Store, i was a customer for 3 years, never again!

Bought the wrong version of the phone case (regular instead of Pro), appears no returns due to covid.
These characters...what nice young men and women. I dropped my phone off w them bc it wasnt behaving. But am I worried about my privacy w them? No.

Went in this morning at 10 am. I had an issue with my sim card not letting my phone work. I was worried that I would have to leave it there. Tim Neill was the associate and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes!! Thanks Tim!!!
