I called ahead and asked if I could still get the 2 lines for $72. The employee who answered said yes. When I arrived about 15 minutes later, she said, that offer expired today. So then she wanted $90. Isnt this an illegal practice known as bait and switch?

If you are T-mobile customer and you need some help, you just forget about this store.Over here not wait for you professional sales men from t-mobile, but somebody which wants charge you $10 for basic advice and help. THIS IS NOT HELPFULL T-MOBILE STORE. I got just full phone memory, and I need the advice how can I remove my no necessary apps. The help was give me $10 and I can help you. THIS IS NOT T-MOBILE!!!Im T-mobile customer for more than 15 years, but first time I feel bad like T-mobile customer.

I came in to Metropcs to get a line for my son I ended up switching from Boost and got a family plan 2 lines for $60 a month.The lady Ofelia was very professional always helping me with any questions I have,I like her a lot always smiling and great attitude. 😀😀😀😀😀

As a customer of metro pcs I must say this location rocks!!! Came in just for a look and left with the greatest deal in town!!!! They help me switch companys and let me keep my number. They even have me a set of LG tones Bluetooth headset for joining the team

I switched today to metro PCs at the 1806 w Irving park rd Hanover park il 60133 location and the team there are amazing Angel jannett and Ofelia did a great job in finding the best family plan and also hook it up with a phone!!!!

Literally the WORST customer service I’ve ever had. MetroPCS has a customer service phone number which has the BEST customer service. However, this location didn’t even seem like they were apart of the same company. As someone who has only been with Verizon I had questions. Apparently, they were stupid and I was a huge inconvenience.

In this place there are several employees who need training on how to share with clients😡😡😡😡😡😡 one in particular that I suppose is of Puerto Rican origin. They will lose customers for poor service.
