I was able to find what I needed and was happy to purchase it. This is a very heavy product(70lb), but I was very grateful that the worker carried it to my car.

Many people slam Harbor Freight for their quality. As a home owner and tinkerer I have NEVER had any problems with their gear. Maybe as a mechanic or tradesman you may want to upscale but their products are great for the price.

Just about everything a person would need to keep this world running, a real blessing to have prices we can afford

Good selection of inexpensive and generally low-quality tools. This is the perfect place to go when you need a specific tool for one project. It doesnt matter if that tool breaks after a couple uses, because you werent going to use it again anyway. Just dont buy something that needs to support your weight or the weight of something above you here. Safety first!

Harbor Fright Tools has really good tools at very reasonable prices. But the customer service I got from Paulett the very sweet awesome cashier was amazing!! All the tools that I get off of the truck are made in China anyways so I might as well get them from a China direct store

Associates are helpful and nice. Always offering other options and solutions for stuff out of stock. Stock would be one of the only things I would take a star away for, busy location and they deserve to be overstocked.

So glad to have a local small hardware store. Friendly staff and they carry things you cant find in the big box stores. A bit pricey; but, well worth it for the convenience!

Prices are good, as long as you are careful what you buy. Do a little research and you can save some pretty good bucks.

HF has made strides in recent years to offer several different levels of quality for a lot of the items they sell. Nice to be able to pay a little more for more features and/or a step up in quality.

The prices of the tools here at harbor freight were very compared to home depot and menards.The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and tools they were selling.

Nice place majority of tools are adequate for home owners with average use, if professional daily use the upgraded versions are a better choice. They do stand by there warranties as long as its a tool malfunction not because of in proper use or damaging it by dropping etc.

Perfect place to find all your tool needs! They have some tools I didnt even think that they would carry, like a spark tester which I would assume a auto parts store to have they have and its affordable! Thats a win for sure.

Most of the time they have what Im looking for. During this visit, they didnt have the mechanics cart I was looking for in any color. That is understandable, but what isnt is that they couldnt ship one from a nearby store. They could only order it with a delivery of 3 weeks.

It is what it is. If you are looking for okay consumer grade tools then this is the place.

I ordered a Weber grill from Harbor Freight Tools and had it delivered and put together. Everything was just perfect. A week later I got a hand written thank you in the mail. Any business who takes the time to do that should be 10 stars!

Great value on some items New higher quality brands starting to challenge the other big players to do competitive pricing.

They look like they have a lot to choose from, but a lot of the stuff is actually out of stock, and you will have to wait till you get to the checkout counter in order to find that out. Delivery time for out of stock products is almost a month. No thank you!

This store has inexpensive tools. The tools arent pro quality tools by any means, but for the average homeowner they cant be beat. Theyve got just about everything youll need - just br aware that some items are seasonal (so dont look for a heater in the summer).

They do not actually update their stock online

They have cheap tools when you need them for only a few times using them. Some of the staff are knowledgeable and can tell you about how the tools work and if they will last. They will take forever helping you load something in your car and some of the help are useless doing that. Dont try to return something there they will always give you a headache.

Excellent customer service, everything is well organized and the store is pretty clean.

I love this place. A huge selection of tools and equipment. GREAT prices. Friendly staff. Sometimes you need a tool and it does not need to last 50 years. Frankly, half the stuff at the big box home stores is made overseas anyway so why not get it for less??? And most HF stuff really isnt bad at all.

Ok, the tools arent always the best, but the prices cant be beat and if you understand that you get what you pay for, its worth it. I have a predator generator, a chipper and now a pressure washer, and theyre all reliable. Stores are well stocked and the staff is helpful.

She willingly searched the inventory in the computer and then offered to get a visual to make sure (my) trip is worth it. She had only one left in the store and put aside to hold it for me. Such an interesting place so many different items and the prices I really decent for what you get. Majority of the equipment and tools are foreign made and maybe knock-offs but you cannot beat the prices. Just remember you get what you pay for and if youre starting out to get your first set of tools or first thing of anything thats the place to go.

Best place to get decent quality tools at a very reasonable price. The lifetime warranty on the Pittsburgh line is better than Craftsman! you dont have to lose a tool while you wait for a replacement you just walk in and swap it out.
