Was a pretty regular customer. Multiple purchases.Bought an expensive outdoor table with fire pit feature in the middle and 6 chairs. Ignition divide was always terrible and eventually completely stopped working. Failed to return a few calls. Went in to politely discuss. Promised they would make it right one way or another.They didnt. Ended up hiding behind suppliers warranty refusal.Neither myself or my family will ever buy there again.

I have furnished my entire outdoor area with products from Casual King, including an outdoor dining set, outdoor living set, cantilever umbrella, umbrella for the dining table, shed, as well as a playground set. I did a ton of research and their pricing was great, especially for the quality of the product. The experience of shopping in store was wonderful as well, they had a wonderful selection on site to pick and choose from, Laurie was super helpful. Delivery was on time and installation was complete without issue. The products, most of which are marine grade polymer, are as good as the day I bought them even though I leave them exposed all winter long. In the event I ever need anything in terms of outdoor furniture, I now go straight to Casual King.

I went to the Casual king for the first time and was very impressed by the quality of furniture they have on display! The staff was very kind and helpful! Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the many quality products they sell! I was looking at the Kingsley Bate wicker, particularly the Sag Harbour collection which they had on display, after a few measurements I am sure I will be purchasing a beautiful set! I highly recommend visiting this store if you are looking for great outdoor furniture, you will not be disappointed, I wish more stores were like this!!! Ask for Phil, he is amazing!!!

No one who was working in the store was wearing a mask. In Mass and in every store Ive gone in since the start of this everyone wears a mask. Its for others safety as well as your own. My husband is a doctor who has worked in the ICU through this and its no joke. I will never step foot in this store again.

Got tired of having to put furniture in storage at the end of each season or the extra work that wood or other materials require. This furniture can stay out year round and still looks good. Love the ability to customize the color combos.The cafe height table and chairs are perfect. Not too high and not too low for a person with bad knees who does not want to have rise up to get out of a chair. The added foot rest and wide width of the seat make for an amazingly comfortable seat.I was surprised by the price initially but it is worth every penny. Very sturdy and well made (by Amish.)

Customer Service and Professionalism at its BEST! After purchasing our dining set we experienced an issue with our dining table. Despite having the table for while, Joel and his team were extremely responsive, professional and worked with the manufacturer to rectify the situation for us. We are very grateful for all of their combined efforts and look forward to many wonderful meals around our beautiful table. Thank you!!!

The English Garden Benches we ordered form the North River collection are great. Very well built, sturdy, and heavy duty. Completely satisfied with the choice and the craftsmanship. The staff were awesome as well!

We had the BEST experience at Casual King. We went in looking to buy a table, and came out with a new super comfortable L-shaped couch AND a table. And... I could NOT make a decision to save my life when it came to the table. We picked one, and then I went back the next day to completely change my choice. Joel and Laurie were so incredibly helpful and patient as I changed my mind many, many times. Customer service here will not disappoint! Thank you again for a great experience.

My husband and I went to the Boston Home Show and happened upon The Casual King. Ronnie did a great job of explaining all the ins and outs of buying outdoor furniture. We ended up buying a gorgeous walnut and black poly dining table and 4 captains chairs. The quality is a huge leap forward versus the other products I have looked at recently.

Quick & helpful at a good price. They made beautiful built-in solid wood bookcases for us a few years ago. They are perfect.

Way over promised then under delivered. We built a new porch and wanted something special and would last a lifetime. Ordered two gliding and swivel fan back chairs with a table on 3/2/19. Laurie Jordan said they would be in the end of April. I call mid April and she said they were not picked up from their supplier. The truck driver forgot to pick up at one builder. No prob I didn’t expect them in until end of April anyway. 5/7 or 5/8 was the next truck. I get a call saying delivery will be 5/10 between 10-2pm. 5:15pm they arrive. We are so excited as you can imagine. THEY WERE SCUFFED UP😞 and the driver says,”did you get these at a discount!” Wtfman I paid $1,300 for them!! I called Laurie and she said send them back and she was sorry. She then says she can have new ones to me Monday.....I said what about tomorrow (Saturday), she doesn’t have a driver. I offered to pick them up.... okay she says I’ll waive the $40 delivery. We thought about it and decided we had enough. Laurie did refund our $ 100% no questions asked. Later that day we went to Chaplin’s in Whitman and saw glider fan back chairs for $385ea......😳. I felt nauseous I paid over $500 at Casual Furniture.

Place is a rip off. Bought a finished bookcase in white. Paid a lot of money and now all the knots have bleed through. Looks absolutely horrible - For what they charged it shouldnt even have knots to begin with and at minimum the knots should have sealed to eliminate the bleed through. Save your money and DO NOT BUY from these people.

Not worth the price, got it unfinished, thought is would be all sanded and smooth ready to paint, it wasnt, nobody could help with how to paint or what to do when we picked it up, there were alot of jagged edges, painted it on my own, thought I was getting good piece of furniture ith quality wood, never again, better off just buying a piece of furniture already built and painted, BIG disappointment!! Waste of my $$$!!!
