I was greeted by Ryan prior to the shop being opened. Hes was very professional and helpful in answering my questions about my bike and other businesses in the area. They knew that I was that the DC area, they completed the service on the bike quickly therefore I can enjoy the ride back without the traffic. Great service and a nice ride

Very disappointed and partially confused. Website lists various vehicles in there inventory, however upon arrival they have almost none of what they claim. If this can be explained that would be appreciated.

Started out with calling for a part. Didnt have it in stock.. Called a different polaris dealer and they said they didnt have the part but this shop did.Lol, called back again and they were finally able to locate the part. The part was not in tip top shape but the price was! 3x more expensive then if I had ordered one offline!Nice facility, small showroom

I bought a 2020 RZR 900 Trail in July 2020 and paid in full at that time. Price was fair and the sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable. However, I still do not have a title 6 months later and cannot get Tammy to return an email or phone call. Apparently she is the only one that deals with the paperwork. I guess I will be pursuing legal options if I do not receive a title very very soon.EDIT: After several more phone calls and emails threatening legal action I finally received my title. But 6 months after paying in full is unacceptable and I am not planning on doing business here again.

Went in for a warranty check / oil change at 39.1 got it back 2 weeks later with 49.5 on odometer, .5 hour and 3.5 hours after maintenance wrench was reset. 1/2 hour was billed to me to check my Polaris warranty concerns after I was told it woul be billed as warranty. I read the bad reviews in Google versus good reviews and thought I would give this Polaris dealership a try, this is a definitely a sketchy experience. Makes me wonder where they took my atv for +10 on the odometer if they were backed up 2 weeks. One bad thing about Polaris is they do not rate their dealers on service, but will contact them about this.

Extremely happy with the purchase of my Polaris Ranger from MotoSports. Family owned business that gave a great price and excellent service. Also gave excellent prices on the accessories I wanted. I highly recommend and will use them for future services.

(One star review) Finally picked up the cab seal kit..... the one that wasnt installed with the full poly doors roof, glass windshield, and back window was put on art purchase. So after pointing that out they got me the kit. Now I find its not a full cab seal kit..... just the foam for the under the console and the b pillars. Totally disgusted with parts and service.... (Three Star Review) A Call to Tammy one of the owners has gotten the ball rolling on fixing the issues. Two seal kits for a crew, front and rear. they gave me the rear (comes with the doors). They are working on the front seal kit. We will see....... If they solve the issues it will be a 5 star........and they solved the problem today ! 5 Star review !!!

I picked up my cam am 4 wheeler yesterday. I showed up 5 min after they closed. They stayed late to take care of me. This is above and beyond in my opinion of great service! Also they had the lowest price in the state! This is a great place to do business with. Definitely recommend Motosports for all you needs!

Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the models, and knocked my socks off with some of the year-end deals! Now to go back to my new home I just built, and measure the garage to fit my three motorcycles, my Razor side by side, and, oh, a new Spyder (soon)!

We bought 2 Can-Ams, helmets, an upgrade muffler, shirts, gloves and glasses from this store.One of the Can-Ams, unknown to us, did not have the inspection sticker on it. We used it for over a month, driving illegally.The interaction on the phone when attempting to see what was up was rude to the point that they hung up the phone on us. Of course we were irritated. No poor language was used...they just dont want to deal with upset customers. We then sent our brother to buy a Cam-Am but the reception he got was not what one would expect for a sale. We all have a wonderful new dealer and have sent another customer to join us in the Can-Am team.I found out that I was driving illegally without inspection because the course I wanted to take (MC safety) requires all legal inspections etc. be done before taking the course...Very sad...and, of course its our fault for being very upset...not even an apology or putting oneself out to make it right! Never again that dealership!!

Co-owner Tammy is the worst. Rude, unwelcoming, abrupt. Never smiles, not a pleasant person. The bike I purchased was filthy and had not been checked over before sale even though I had informed them that I had a 300 mile ride home; I ended up in a gas station adjusting air pressure, checking fluids, making adjustments. The buying experience was not positive. Motosports Inc is not recommended.

Wherever you are, buy a Can-Am Spyder from Motorsports Inc. in Hanover Pennsylvania. Visiting the store is quite an experience. I just purchased a new Spyder RT Limited from Motorsports. The store is family owned and it shows. Your are treated like family when you look around at all the products they sell. They always take their time with you and they give you a good explanation about the product you are purchasing. The staff knows the characteristics of each machine in the store, so you can get your questions answered quickly and accurately. When I picked up my Spyder, Ryan took time to explain all of the feathers of the bike. I plan to get all my maintenance done on the bike at Motosports. I highly recommend stopping in.
