Inexpensive place for tires and brakes, better than dealer service. Finished as promised. I like to use them for state inspections. No $20 charge or bad tail light bulb. Good mechanics. Nice waiting area.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I have been going to Hanover Midas for over 5 years (maybe longer if I could remember) and trust my car to only them. I appreciate their honesty, integrity and excellent customer service. I have never one felt like I was being told to do something that the car didnt need. Hanover Midas is fair, their technicians are very knowledgeable and they will remain my automatic go-to for all of my mechanical needs. Techs were unprofessional but only when they thought no one was watching. Protip: Dont refer to my car as the piece of sh.. while standing in an open parking lot. You never know who might be listening.

Ive been coming here for over a decade. The staff is great. From the Diane and Dixie at the desk( very knowledgeable and helpful) to the guys in the shop. No one here wants to run your bill up just to make them a quick buck. Theyve done small jobs from unbending my tail pipe back to straight. To rewiring injectors so my engine works correctly. I lived 1.50 hours away and still would pay for the tow just to have these folks work my vehicles!!Thanks for all that you have done and continue to do.-Josh

Had rear pads and rotors replaced. From a mechanical standpoint, their work was marginal. Had to return two days later because pads werent installed correctly. From a customer service standpoint, also marginal at best. I specifically requested OEM pads. I drive a Volvo XC60 with high end wheels which I didnt want soiled with brake dust. Unfortunately, there is no way to confirm which pads are used until youve driven with the new pads and then discover they used the cheap pads. My wheels need to be scrubbed every month. My front pads were replaced prior to this experience by a different shop with OEM pads and my front wheels always look clean after a routine washing without scrubbing....the rear wheels....not so much. My integrity rating for this location on a scale of 1 - 10 with 1 being the lowest....1. As they say, you only get one chance to make a 1st impression. This location will never again service my vehicle for anything.
