Staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. I was greeted with a welcoming smile when I walked in. Kerstyn answered all my questions and helped me find what I needed. My English isn’t the best so at first it was difficult to communicate but she went out of her way to get someone to translate for her so she could answer all my questions and made sure I got what I was looking for. Will def be back for more products

I was greeted with a cheerful smile as soon as I walked in the door and I was walked through each product with every question attentively answered, Bianca even showed me a tutorial on her iPad to explain one particular product. Even with phones ringing and other customers in the store, I felt like I was the only one there.The price was excellent, I bought $78 worth of product and paid only $49 and was even told if I did not like the product, I had 60 days to return it...with the Love it or return it guarantee!! Will definitely be doing all of my hair and skin care shopping at Sallys in Hanover from now on!! Highly recommended.

Sallys is a joke. Cooperate doesnt care about how employees treat costumers. I had a terrible experience at the Hanover Sallys and cooperate was involved & were supposed to follow up but never did. If you are not American I recommend you take your business elsewhere. I had the most horrible experience because Im Hispanic.
