I went in for a one off piece and was helped out quickly with a more than fair price. I will continue to use this shop for future needs.

Came in looking for a good bike to start cycling after a bad experience with a cheap Walmart bike. Kirk was very knowledgeable as he explained my various options before we decided on a hybrid bike. He set everything up and adjusted it to fit me. Came back for adjustments and tune ups ever since. Cant recommend him enough.

Way overpriced! $50 for 6 spokes? i can fix it myself for less than $10! I guess convenience weighs over practicality.

Mike aka Link was a savior today for us on the Heritage Bike Trail in PA. Just after my son crashed into the back of my bike he happened upon us. He was able to get both of our bikes up and running so that we could finish our Fathers Day family bike trip. Could not say thanks enough to a stranger who did not have to stop and help. Simplicity Cycle will be getting out business for certain for the long term needed repairs to the bikes. Thanks!

I have been dealing with this shop since they first opened. Kirk knows you bought a bike to ride it, not sit in a shop waiting if you need a repair. He gets you in and gets you back on the road and his work is top quality. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to purchase or get that repair done and done right.

Nobody answers the phone...it rolls to voicemail after approximately 30 rings. Oh well...on to the next bike repair shop. I wonder if they will answer the phone.

Love this shop! Kirk, the owner, is the real deal, no sugar coating, and you will never find a bike shop owner who is a more ardent fan of pro bike racing. If you like supporting local bikes shops, with a small knowledgable staff, this is a great place to shop.

Took 3 weeks and so unorganized

Purchased a new bike for my wife, the owner has been nothing but helpful over the last 3-4 months with adjusting the bike to help fit her needs.

Ordered a rim 2 weeks ago from this place. Was told to wait 3 business days. I waited and went in everyday for 2 weeks for the guy to tell me it should be in tomarrow or the rim should be in by 3 or 4, so I go back in after 4 and its still not there. Im going else where.

I thought I ordered a new bottom bracket, when I called back a week later to ask if it had arrived was told you dont need to call in to check on your order, I will call you when it arrives. Never heard from them again. Poor service.
