Really really slow service at the gun counter. Weirdly, the rest of the staff is very friendly. Unsure why, even when the text alert told me to come to the counter most of the staff behind milled lazily about. Probably don’t care much about the individual customers money or satisfaction. It’s a huge store after all.PS: once I got service the two guys helping me where actually really great. My picture shows the result of their handiwork. Just frustrating it took so long to get started when there weren’t many customers. Perhaps the QR queue system doesn’t properly alert staff. It said my name would be called but I never heard it.
Always clean. Huge selection of hunting and fishing products. Staff is helpful.
I live about ten minutes from the Hanover, MD location. Honestly, i hadnt had good experiences over the years and stopped using them for service work. I recently heard they had some new staff and tried again and what a difference! Bruce and the staff were extremely helpful getting some warranty work pushed through-hard to believe it is the same place. They made the whole process easy and much faster than I expected.Thanks guys.

Love fishing and hunting
Dropped off my boat 2 weeks ago and was told 1-1.5 weeks. I realize it is mid summer prime boating season and they would be busy. I did not receive a call so I decided to check in with the service department. They have not even gotten my boat into the shop yet and are hoping for Tuesday or Wednesday. This is not the first time either. Both times have been warranty issues. Very frustrating when you spend good money on a boat and the support is horrible and the communication stinks.
DONT BRING YOUR BOAT HERE!!!!! Unless you like to pay a lot of money for crappy service, being lied to and being ignored. Brought my boat in for a basic service and transducer replacement and was told about a week, but 3 weeks later the boat had not even been looked at. Then I was told that they would get on it that day or the next day for sure when i called. A week later they still had not even looked at it. Finally nearly a month after I brought it in I came in to pay a premium price for a service that was not even complete. I was told by the manager that the part would be ordered and that they would call me to bring the boat back to install the transducer. When I took the boat out on the water it died and I had to use a trolling motor battery to get back to the ramp because the charging system was not working. The manager of the Tracker maintenance center told me that even though my battery was dead they didnt see a reason to do a quick check of the charging system. Well anyway a couple weeks later I called back about my part and they had no idea what I was talking about and promised to order one or contact me with what to do. It has been another couple weeks and still no word. These guys have lost my business.
Customer service is horrible.I spend thousands of dollars in bass pro yearly, and IBought 5 $5-$10 lures and used them for maybe a month. One of the treble hooks loss part of the hook and the others just didnt have the action I needed, so I tried to return them but did not have my receipt. Im sure I used my bass pro card and knew they could look up the sale thru that but the manager refused to look it up stating do you know how many of theses I sell and other places sell these same items, so how do I know you got them here. Wow!!!Thousands of dollars a year vs $25-$30 dollars in lures. And the store manager could not accommodate me in any way. I will buy all my boating supplies and products online from now on, at least if I have an issue they can track my sale, or even try to meet half way.Bad job bass pro, you really have gotten cocky and show that pleasing customers with issues is not on your radar, only selling them products and developing a hey you bought it mentality.Great job running this loyal customer away!!!!!
Giving one star since 0 stars isnt an option. Brought my boat in for basic maintenance. Was told a week for a carb clean and impeller. They sat on it for 5 weeks didnt do anything but claim to order parts they apparently stocked. (I bought the impeller from them when I picked the boat up) never received the phone calls they claimed to make. Wanted to replace the carb since their ultrasonic carb cleaner was broken and didnt know when it would be fixed. Long story short I fixed it myself in about an hours which I should have done all along.....stay away....maybe if I purchased the boat there they would have took more initiative.
Great store they got some great guns and bows and great decoration.

Well 1.5 months later its finally ready and its not covered under warranty when I was told from the beginning that it would be.I called and left messages to check on the status twice and never received a return call. They also dont answer the phone 90% of the time.There are so many boat repair shops in the area, please go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
Great place to buy a boat, re-power, or just get service work done.
The worst customer service. Will never recommend this shop to anyone. You wont be happy with them.
We had our tracker bass boat for 3 months when motor blew up. took it in for service and when we went back to pick it up the right side of the boat had been sideswiped with something. brand new boat and they want to repair it this is terrible and no follow up from the manager we had to reach out to him.
