Against my better judgment from a previous experience, we took out 4 yr old to have her ears pierced. Shae at Piercing Pagoda was nothing less than fabulous! She has a way with children like no other and her shining personality was perfect in helping our 4 year old to feel at ease. She was articulate and accurate, very cordial and warm, and full of personality. She truly made this experience the best we could have imagined.
