I had my wedding this last weekend and I had groomsmen from out of town and Dave was able to get their measurements from me and make the suits fit perfectly for everyone! Dave was very helpful throughout the whole process as well, from picking the suit color, the accent colors of the tie and bow ties for the guys and the suspended colors. Plus we all looked great and everything fit! He was also able to help me get the one groomsman a pair of shoes 2 days before the wedding when we went to make sure the suits all fit! Highly recommend for your wedding suit/tux rental needs!

I was treated very poorly when I tried to make an appointment. After filling out my information online, I received a call from the store. I was offered an appointment but due to a scheduling conflict, I was not able to accept the time offered. While the person I was speaking to offered to come in a little early, I was unable to accept the appointment due to an appointment that I was unable to reschedule on short notice. Rather than offering me another time or offering a date in the future, I was told to Just come in at 11 oclock and I will be rude to my other customers. In no way did I give any indication that I thought my appointment was more important than someone else or show any level of disrespect towards their appointment. The appointment time they offered me simply did not work. I am not sure why the person I spoke to felt it was okay to make that statement. I am all about supporting local businesses but after that experience, I will take my business elsewhere where I am going to be treated with dignity and respect.

Truly for my multiple experiences with Dave at Hanover Clothing, there should be 10 stars, 5 just doesnt seem enough. Im a big & tall man. Dave dressed me 17 years ago for my wedding and have to admit, I looked great. This past month I lost both my parents and needed a suit for their service. Dave not only had me fitted to a T and down right dashing, but his input and what colors to where to honor my Mother still gets me choked up. He truly cares about you AND your occasion. Thank you, Dave!!

Could not have asked for a better experience. Daves expertise, professionalism and overall passion helped make our wedding an all around success. My groomsmen, my wife and I all agreed what Dave put us in was without a doubt the best tux any of us have had yet. The pricing was actually lower than what we saw elsewhere and the quality was on a whole other level. From the fitting to the adjustments, cannot recommend more!!!

I wouldnt go anywhere else! Dave is the best. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable. My son has a very thin build and it can be difficult to find clothes that fit him well. With Daves expertise, he looked amazing in his prom tux. It fit him perfectly! Thanks Dave! My one and only complaint is that I wish the woman who works there would get a personality and learn how to speak to clients. Will only deal with Dave.

Our family has been dealing with Hanover Clothing since I can remember. They are a terrific group of folks to deal with. Extremely friendly (so much so that we feel like family) and will go out of their way to help you find exactly what you are looking for. I ordered 2 suits on Oct. 26, 2017, I was told they would be ready in two weeks! As of today December 10, 2017 I have not taken possession of my suits, nor have I been contacted by them. Only contact I have had with them is when I stop in.I have stopped in 2 times, first time I was told they would be ready in one week, second time I stopped in on a Wednesday and I was told they would be ready by Friday. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard from them.I would suggest doing business elsewhere, these folks are unreliable and unbelievable.Galen Krebs

You will not find better customer service!! This place is amazing!!! I had a horrible time at a different tux rental store and came here and dave was so nice and beyond helpful!! Took the time to actually sit down and talk with us and was so patient with me (Im horrible at making choices). So Happy we came here!! Would highly recommend!
