Whatever you buy there is an excellent investment.

You expect a place with Consignment Gallery in the name to sell used furniture at good prices, not their own brand.

I’ve been here a few times and like any consignment shop it’s really hit or miss. Last week (November 2018) it had a great deal of living room items; couches LR tables, cabinets etc. Not as much bedroom furniture if any, a few dressers. Also a few dining room tables but not what I was looking for even though there is/was an abundance of furniture crammed into the medium/to large size furniture gallery on the multiple floors, sort of a strange layout.This is a used furniture gallery so be aware of that. Not everything is in pristine condition, some is but there is a bit of obvious wear and tear on a lot of items, as to be expected. What put me off though was the musty/mold smell, I had to quickly get out of there due to this smell as it was giving me a headache. it wasn’t in just one area either. But again somewhat as to be expected due to the nature of the items? Ideally not of course, thing is the previous times I’ve been there that smell wasn’t there. Not sure if the place had a leak and suffered water damage which is a strong possibility due to the all around smell. So if you’re sensitive to smells and water damaged buildings be aware of this :)

I really enjoy Furniture Consignment Gallery. Its a great place to bargain shop for (mostly) high end furniture and accessories. The two stores I have visited are Natick and South Shore. Both have large quantities, each store with its own special flavor. Ran into the Owner, Jay, in the Hanover store today. Such a charming guy. You can really cut costs by using a combo of new and consignment pieces when putting your look together. Also, I find the staff amazing. Most are willing to help, with a great knowledge of the merchandise, and helpful in completing your vision. Always check with FCG online when contemplating a project. My only caution is to look over the merchandise carefully, it is used furniture after all.

A wonderful variety of mid to high end furniture and accessories along with unique pieces. The staff is welcoming knowledgeable and non judgemental. Always a great place to shop for something special for your home

Top quality secondhand furniture showroom. Wide variety of goods across multiple levels of the store. They only carry the highest quality brands and pieces in impeccable condition.

Terrible strange people ( used, worn out furniture OVERPRICED....) I read the other reviews seems like in - house reviews to me based on some other experiences on here that are identical to mine ) AVOID .

Horrible company to deal with. Furniture was delivered damaged. The driver Dana asked to use my restroom and clogged my toilet $200 later to have a plumber come out and fix it. The delivery manager “Rob” has no returned my calls stay away!
