My only complaint is they dont have a restroom. Well they do but it has been out of order for awhile and doesnt look they will fix it anytime soon.

A few people in my family use this garage for their car repairs so when my car died, I had it towed here. It turned out to be a failing fuel pump. After a few days in the shop my car was running fine again. Ill trust them to do any repairs I need in the future.

I have had very good experiences getting my state inspection here. Ghassan Tannous, the owner, is friendly and helpful. The store employees are very friendly as well.

Only go to shell when I get gas because its proven to be better gas ( do some research people ) never had an issue here getting gas, pumps are pretty quick. Hook up your shell rewards and get discounts on your gas. Also, this shell gives a free bottle of water if you buy over 8 gallons of gas.

While FILLING my gas tank at this station, I cleaned a handful of leaves from my hood and dropped them on the already leaf filled lot (it is fall) 2 employees, I believe one of them was the owner, they began yelling at me and berated me for dropping leaves on the lot. I then went to drop them in a trash receptacle, and they wouldnt allow me to do that. Literally yelling! I apologized, and assured them I would never visit their station again or drop leaves. I guess theyre so successful, they can afford to chase away customers. Terrible customer service. Do not visit.

SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY!!! I brought my car for an Inspection & was failed due to exhaust, they said it was too loud. They offered to fix it but I choose to bring it to Lous Custom Exhaust instead. I brought it back to Shell 2 days later after getting a new muffler (which the exhaust place didnt really think was necessary to pass an inspection). I go back with the paperwork & they took the car & said that wasnt the exhaust problem and that it was still too loud. I tell them to just pull the car out of the garage because Im going to bring it somewhere else. THEY REFUSE TO BRING MY JEEP BACK OUT OF THE GARAGE!! They are saying no, were going to fix it. I tell them NO, i want my car now & they wont bring it out, meanwhile revving the engine non-stop. After about 5 minutes of telling them to GIVE ME MY CAR BACK, they finally pull my car out of the garage & are just sitting in the drivers seat revving my engine, smiling at me & not getting out. Im a very patient person but Im really starting to get frustrated. Eventually they get out of my car & give me my keys back. I went to another place & got a sticker with no problems. They said there was absolutely no issues with my exhaust & that I probably didnt need the new muffler. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Can’t just get gas. Have to go through their marketing options on the pumps before it will dispense fuel. Last time at Citgo
