Dr. Srour is an absolute legend. He has solved all of my issues and is a great personality. No more issues breathing and now my allergies are under control. I feel like a new man.

If you want professionalism and fair treatment, DONOTGOHERE...EVER!!!They tell you one thing and then casually charge you extra regardless of the insurance you have. It’s a fluke. This so called “doctor” thinks he is above you and honesty doesn’t give a sh*t about you other than your money once you walk thru their doors.Please, do not go here. I was warned and should of listened. Get this guy out of the area. What a joke and a disgrace to the medical field!!!

Dr Srour is awesome!!! Had an emergency and he got me in asap!!! Very professional and understanding. Great bedside manner! Very knowledgeable.

Whoa, if Covid saftey is important to you, stay away. I watched the staff in the back running around without their masks on. When I was called back, I had to ask the person to put some gloves on and perhaps sanatize the earpiece they just touched with thier bare hands (the same person I was watching pull their mask up and mostly down multiple times) before they stick it in my ear.The person at checkout seemed annoyed that I ask they put thier mask on before I come over to do so. The Dr. seemed nice enough but the medication entered into the computer was also wrong.Bottom line, Dr. seemed ok but I wont be going back as I dont want to venture the plaguelands before getting seen. The frontline staff is a mess. Its really quite sad as I saw a lot of older folks in there too. Shame on them.Upon reading reviews however, I am beginning to think everyone that walks in mysteriously has a sinus infection, needs a CT, and allergy testing. That was the EXACT SAME THING I was told. I was not there for allergy concerns. If for some reason it was really needed, an explanation would have been nice.Every one has their opinions. If Covid safety is not important to you then have at it. Like I said Dr. seemed ok. I wasnt blown away or anything but they seemed adequate. I do have to wonder however if everone in the city has sinus infections.

Hes a good doctor and looks at the whole picture. He listens to you and knows where to focus his attention especially if you have multiple problems. He is practical in what he does and hes had a very reasonable treatment plan for me and explaining what he wants to do and why. He is straight forward and a clear communicator.

Very friendly staff and knowledgable doctor. I initially came in for one thing and within 1 minute of speaking Dr Srour told and confirmed with me several issues i have unknowingly been dealing with my entire life. Dr Srour is a skilled surgeon and explains things in detail.

Dr. Srour and his staff were top notch. When I called requesting an appointment I was seen almost immediately. The day of the appointment my wait time was less than 10 minutes! The diagnosis was spot on and helpful. I honestly cannot remember a doctors visit that went more smoothly. Dr. Srour explained everything in terminology I could understand while being patient with my questions. Its obvious he CARES about his patients. What else can you ask for in a doctor? First off, I had to wait untill the nurse had a cigarette before they called me into the back.I was in the examining room I was talking to the doctor he answered a call on his phone - ask them to hold for a second and then said to me anything else ? I said nope and walked out .

I didnt like the way I was treated here either. Wished I wouldve read reviews first but I do appreciate them for seeing me so fast because my ears were hurting from ear infection.

Great physician and staff . Really nice office. Great hours, even weekends . I had sinus surgery, cant be happier. Allergy girls are supper friendly . Dr Srour treated all my family. Very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for you and beyond his duty to help. He came on his own to check on wife in the hospital . Cant say enough nice things about the care we received.

The Dr here doesnt explain much. My daughter left in tears from suctioning her ear. The Dr wasnt very sympathetic. Chuckled at one point and claimed it wasnt a big deal. He knew of her diagnosis and fears of her ears. Staff was good. Weekend hours are nice.

My daughter had to have her tonsils and adenoids removed so we went to Dr. Srour. He recommended we do allergy testing while she was under anesthesia so we agreed. They told us she was allergic to everything under the sun but NEVER showed me her results even though I asked to see them. He told us to have her come back once a week for allergy shots. I am so glad we listened to our gut and never went back there.

I can not say enough good things about this place. Everyone is wonderful. The doctors, office staff, nurses, and allergy department. They are so great with my daughter. They really go out of there way to make her feel comfortable.

I learned more about what was going wrong with me in 30 minutes with Dr. Srour than I have with multiple specialists over the last few months. I couldnt be happier to have found such an incredible doctor so close to home.

My daughter was a patient her. The doctor did not explain anything, said she had fluid in her ears, which has never been a problem and prescribed a child under 18 mos with 3 different medications, which I think were unnecessary. He never addressed the concern I came in for, and i felt uncomfortable and did not take her back there.

Seen promptly. Helpful staff. Clean bathroom. Litter free parking lots. Wifi available in waiting room for those who use it. Hours are changing soon.

Excellent- expert training, patient care, time spent- best overall doctor we have been to! He has not only helped me through thrush with my asthma medication, diagnosing and treating sleep apnea, speech therapy and allergies. Heres the kicker for me. He diagnosed me with a rare enough neurological disorder, which is completely out of his field, but was right! He changed my life! Hanover is SO blessed to have a physician of his quality practicing here.

I first saw this doctor to consult about facial injuries. When seen I was told I had a sinus infection and that I needed blood work, CT and allergy tests. I was not there for that. I continued with sinus issues but my facial injuries were not addressed until I saw Kate. I was told I need in office sinus surgery which I agreed to. It was horrible. The doctor was rough and uncaring. I was given the wrong post op instructions. I have been back 5 times due to scabs and clots. I tried to address the ongoing pain in my face around my nose and forehead, but he walked out of the office. I will never let this man touch me again. His PA is a better practitioner that he is. I do not recommend him for anything.

Fast and efficient! Food was fresh and service was friendly.

Dr Srour seen my brother for sinus polyps and sleep apnea. My brother is disabled after his stroke . Dr Srour treated him personally and medically in the best way possible. He did sinus surgery on him and cured him from his problems where other doctors wont touch him since he is too complicated . We are very grateful for the things he did to help my brother . it was worth it for me to drive an hour and a half to get to him. Recommend him highly.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! My sister was misdiagnosed and is forever blind due to Srours negligence and the delay in proper treatment. Would be less than one star if I could still post my review. *In reply to Srour comment... You diagnosed her with a sinus infection when she was critically ill. YOU definitely did see her and cause permanent damage.

I went back to Dr Srour because he did my tonsel and sinus surgery. I thought I could trust him and the office staff. However he looked up my nose and in my ear without inserting any instruments in either body part than billed my insurance over 700 for surgery, two diagnostic charges and an appt fee. I called to speak to billing without even taking time to pull me up or look over my appt she said if he looked in your nose or ear than we are told by the I insurance company we need to bill that as surgery. This is total BS. The insurance only paid $30 of over 300 for a surgery I never had. Add to that I had no symptoms of a sinus infection or even a cold but he diagnosed me with a sinus infection and put me on levaquin. Wondering if I really had a sinus infection. Go somewhere else its worth the wait and drive.

I went to see the doctor today for constant ringing in my ears. I thought he was pretty thorough. A hearing test was done. I lost 20% of my hearing. He scheduled me for an MRI and allergy testing. He even told me my TMJ and sleep apnea can cause this. Hoping to quiet and shut off this ringing in my ears..praying for relief

I lost my hearing following a bout of bacterial meningitis in 2012 and Dr.Srour was able to recover my hearing when no other doctor had given me any hope of doing so. Yes, I think he is amazing. No question.

After waiting for close to an hour, i get to finally see the doctor. 10 min with the doc, he tells me I should get an X-ray, allergy testing done, and perscribed me some antibiotics. A month later I get a bill for those 10 min... And nothing was done to help what I was there for. What a rip off, luckily insurance paid for a majority of it. I cant imagine how much they charge people for other ridiculous things. If you want easy money, aparrently the way is to open an Advanced ENT and charge people $300 to look up someones nose and $200 for an initial appointment.

I would NEVER recommend this place or Dr. Srour to anyone, ever! Dr. Srour traumatized me with multiple false diagnoses, almost scared me into unnecessary facial surgery and then their office had the gall to bill me hundreds of dollars without attempting to run through my insurance 6+ months after the last visit! He is condescending, curt and downright rude. I was in tears after my first appointment with him. I went to another ENT for a second opinion, saw a pulmonologist and many other doctors to address Dr. Srours diagnoses. None found any foundation for ANY of his diagnoses, several of which were severe. I have never in my life had a reason to distrust a doctor, but he has ruined my trust and patient experience forever. His motive is to scare and con patients into putting money in HIS pocket for surgeries and worthless, unaffective allergy shots. I was not falling for it. There is not a single shred of positivity I could share about Dr. Srour, his office or his staff. DO NOT COME HERE.

Never going back went for allergy testing (didn’t happen)I went in they jammed a camera up my nose and put me on an antibiotic that made me sick (ended up in the hospital) and told me I needed a cat scan before I can get allergy testing doneAfter talking to a many people and everyone had the same reaction, why do you need a cat scan they just stick you and tell you what you’re allergic toSo I found somewhere else and got my testing done in the first appointmentThe bill from here for the camera up my nose was $60My bill from the place I went for my testing was only $7My hospital visit $25This place just wants your money
