Service is done all wrong here. Common sense would tell you that when you arrive to go in the store to talk to an associate about what you want. Well that isnt how its done here. You are told to go back out and wander around the yard (which is dangerous with all the forklift traffic) until you run into a sales associate in an orange shirt. I did that for a while and only found two orange shirts, both of which where busy. So after standing around for a while longer with no assistance I took my business to Lowes. Also the customer parking lot here is ridiculous, its far too small for all the trailers and traffic.

Everyone that we talked to is so backtracking we ask themcan you hold some bricks we going to be out off town felkow said no then turns around and tells some others no problem. So we call in to order like guy said to do. Guy says all out after our neighbor just was there looking for the numbers for me

Permeable pavement is no that permeable. I ran the Hanover Permeable Paver bricks through tests with canola oil, antifreeze, pure water, and salt water and it preformed the worst. My science fair shows that this is not the right company if you want permeable pavement.

Good place to get large orders filled. Staff will work with you on how to order and deliver products.
