Brought in a snow blower that wouldn’t start the day before an expected storm. They turned it around the same day! My Toro MX5050 Zero Turn required warranty service to be provided by Home Depot Extended Warranty plan. My machine had a plaguing intermittent starting problem. A shop in Thurmont, MD spent five weeks attempting to diagnose and the repair the problem. Three times I was told the problem was fixed. Three times I had to return the mower as it continued to fail to start. I complained to the Home Depot Protection Plan organization demanding a alternate repair shop be found that had the expertise to properly diagnose the problem. Within four hours, my Toro was picked up at my house by Harvey the owner of Abbottstown Repair Shop in Hanover, PA. Harvey and tech. Jeff kept me regularly informed as they went about diagnosing and repairing the electrical starting problem. Ten days later, after receiving and installing a back order electrical carburetor fuel switch, break module and wiring harness, Harvey delivered to my house the repaired machine. Harvey and his team of mechanics are first rate and offer incredible customer service. I highly recommend Abbottstown Repair Shop for fast, reliable, and professional mechanical repair.
