This place is the best! You get fitted and offered a choice of bras - and each one may be different size. What you end up with are bras that not only fit you correctly but are incredibly comfortable. They will also order anything that they dont have in stock. It truly looks like a lost 10 lbs now that Im wearing the right bra. Note: they can be on the pricey side but damn I look amazing so its worth it!

Ive been shopping here for 4 years now, and am always delighted with the service. I started as a 36DD with a small shaped upper back--finding bras that FIT properly and held the gals up was always a challenge. Lately, as Ive crossed the half a century mark, Im encountering different fit challenges and Donna and her associates are always spectacular at finding the right fit. Their stock is all European imports, but long lasting and worth every penny.

Just like the first time I was able to see with glasses, this is an unbelievable moment of finally finding the bra that feels like it was made for me !!!! So professional, Donna put my worries at ease. I made an appointment so that she could give me the attention needed for finding the right bra. I must say her store is amazing but what makes it the best is her personal advice in finding the once thought, UNICORN of a bra for me. The feeling of knowing I never have to be uncomfortable again is priceless !! I will never shop for a bra anywhere else but here !!!

Took my mother here today as she doesnt drive and it has been recommended to her by various friends. We were both impressed with the store upon entering. We felt welcomed and enjoyed the atmosphere. Mom said the selection was exquisite and the staff was amazingly helpful. The only downside is now she will make me take her back so she can shop some more. Highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful time. I arrived at 1pm for my bra fitting and found I was the only person in the store; Donna spent the whole time on ME! She showed me several brands; I picked the Primadonna, I love this brand, and yes it was expensive but it didnt stop me from buying all the different colours. Was it worth it, absolutely. This is my go to bra store forever.

Beata was fantastic! She can just eyeball the best fit! It was a great experience. The bras are higher priced but so far I think definitely worth the expense!

My appointment as 10:15 on 4/22/21. This experience with Donna was amazing! I was excited to finally find out the right size I should be wearing. Although they didnt have anything for me to take home I did order 3 of them and cannot wait to get one on! I love the fact that Donna understands exactly what I wanted and what I have been going through! She is straight forward which I appreciate! I went home and got rid of all the bras except for 2 I have until I get my new ones then theyre out! Oh my god. I cannot say enough great things about my first fitting. Not only did Donna make me feel SO COMFORTABLE but she knew everything there is to know about bras! She knew exactly what I needed and why I needed it. It took trying on 2 bras and she knew exactly what to order! And if that wasn’t enough, she even adjusted the bra I wore in! Now even that fits me better. How I buy my bras has been changed forever!

I am glad to hear that I might not be the only one that has NEVER worn a proper bra. I went from my training bra to fitting myself at a big box store. Then I finally really looked at myself in the mirror. After being home and surrendering to wireless bras during the pandemic I decided it was time to finally get a proper bra fitting. An influencer pointed me to Lulabelle. I worked with Beata and she instantly put me at ease. I was amazed by her super power of fitting with no measuring tape. Beatas time was dedicated to me, not even answering the phone. We tried numerous bras, she educated me on fit and wash and I left there a new person. It is amazing what a good and proper bra will do to your confidence. I cannot recommend Lulabelle enough.

The main reason I went to Lulabelle was to be fit for the right size bra. The shop is lovely, but the fitting room is poorly lit. The fitter was very nice and took lots of time during the fitting. However, the first time I wore the bras at home (for more than a few minutes), I discovered they are extremely uncomfortable. Taking a closer look (in better light), it is very clear that the bras do not fit me correctly -- including being the wrong cup size! In reaching out about the problem, I was advised that their fitting bras stretch out. I guess this means the stretched out fitting bras that I tried on fit differently than the actual product that I was sold? Unfortunately, because I trusted the fitter that the bras I bought fit correctly, I washed them prior to trying wearing them in real life. Now I am stuck with two expensive bras that do not fit.

THE BEST OF THE BESTI cannot say enough about my experience with Donna and Lulabelle! The complimentary fitting was something I had waited wayyy too long for (which many of us do.) Donna started my profile of size, preference, which bras I wore and more. Now all I have to do is contact Donna and she hand picks more selections that go with my custom collection - She even ships right to my home! I am never bra shopping anywhere else. Donna has been fitting me for years, ever since she ran the pop-up shop in The Studio in Coolidge Corner. I then followed her to Chestnut Hill, and finally Hingham. She fits like nobodys business and has the best selection around. I am not an easy size to fit and she makes it fun and easy.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of meeting Beata at the Lulabelle Studio yesterday. My daughter has Special Needs and wears a difficult bra size that is typically very hard to find. Department stores dont work for us. I never look forward to bra shopping with Annee because she doesnt like to be touched by strangers and can shut down very fast. It can take multiple attempts to come home with what we set out to get.To my surprise, Beata disarmed Annee using her words, just minutes after meeting her. Wow!Beata even asked Annee what music she liked and played Whitney Houston for us while we were there too.Our entire fitting went smoothly and if I had to guess, Annee tried on nearly a dozen different bras before choosing some that were perfect for her. Thats about eleven more than we usually are able to try.As if I wasnt pleased enough how well the fitting was going, this lovely young lady Beata announced she wanted to buy Annee a bra with her own money and she did just that. What? Who does this? Beata has restored my faith that good people still exist in this crazy world were living in. We are so appreciative of her knowledge and kindness.Annee was adopted along with her Sister nearly 21 years ago this month. Trust and believe we have had attention drawn to us in numerous public places over the years but not yesterday. Annee was happy throughout the fitting and was THRILLED to find new bras that fit perfectly (so was I, lol).I felt compelled to write this review so the Owner of this Studio knows how fortunate she is to have Beata on the front line for her business. I’ve been a client of the store since it first opened and I can tell you I don’t buy my bras from anywhere else. I used to be a Victoria Secrets customer but got so tired of the bras not fitting right until I met Donna and she fitted me properly. She has always provided me excellent service. The bras are all from Europe and made to fit a woman right. Once you get fitted you understand why they cost more because you are getting better quality and to me they are worth every penny. I’m not sure why there are bad reviews about the store not getting back to customers as I have always been able to email, call, or contact them via Facebook and the response has always been timely. They even ship my bras right to my home when my schedule does not allow for me to pick up my order.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the minute I walked in. I Ordered my bra on jan 7th. Checked on it feb 13th Told me it was overnighted to me. Today is the 18th still no bra. They also never return calls You have to keep calling til they answer. NEVER AGAIIN!!!!!

I purchased a bra in March for $150.00, it lasted three months and fell apart. (no machine washing) I have been calling and emailing this store, I finally spoke to a sales girl who listened to my problem only to tell me I had to email Donna. The email she gave me bounced back. Since then I have been calling and leaving messages and NO ONE ever calls back! I am extremely disappointed having spent so much money I would have hoped to at least get a year out of this bra. I guess I will have to try and call the manufacturer

Awful service. At over $100 per bra you would expect some decent service. They are nice people but couldnt be more disorganized. They basically need to order a lot of their bras from over seas and their model is to call you when it comes in. The only problem is it never comes in (and they never call you). One bra was a bust and one I ordered a couple months ago and have never heard a word. This is a joke and theres no way this business will stay in tact operating like this.
