OUTRAGEOUS experience! Top notch service from start to finish. I went knowing I was going to spend A LOT of money on upgrades, so I asked to have a professional consultation. My request was granted. Dylan gave me a really good plan to follow in reference to what I envisioned to take my bike to the next level. From there, the quality of service continued. The time in shop was minimal, the install was spot on, and the follow up review on services rendered from Dalton was detailed and informative. This place is the real deal. I recently bought an 03 Tri glide. It had some major issues. They repaired it and it runs great. It developed brake trouble. Again they stepped up to get it repaired. The level of courtesy and professionalism is unequaled. They keep you informed during the process. They are very polite and patient. This is the way a business should be run. Great personalized service. A fantastic experience overall. The parts I wanted were in stock and they offered to install them on the spot. You cannot get their level of customer service anywhere else. And it’s an awesome ride if you’re from out of town.

I called BPS to inquire about an Apehanger set-up on my 17 Heritage. I had a pretty good idea about the height and look I wanted. I was a little hesitant to hand my scooter over to just anyone. I kicked around the idea of just doing it myself, or having H-D do it. I started looking at local businesses I could support and came across Blettners by a simple web-search. I read their reviews and I was intrigued. I spoke to Dalton several times about different options. He was very thorough, and helpful. At this point, I hadn’t even seen the shop, but I was 90% certain I was going to have this establishment perform my upgrade. My father was also interested in Apes for his 17 Slim. I told him about BPS and my experience thus far. He decided to ride out and check it out himself. He was extremely impressed with them, and locked in the job. After that, I was then 100% sure I was going to give Blettner my business. My dad, and I, both ended up dropping off our bikes. In addition to dealing with Dalton, I also got to speak to Dylan, and Brian throughout the process. These are a great group of guys. They continue to work past business hours, and also allowed us to drop off our bikes on a day they were closed. I’m 100% satisfied with the work performed, and they are all obviously very knowledgeable in their craft. I had them do a state inspection to mine while it was there too. That service was also carried out in very honest fashion. So to the entire team at BPS….killer job, dudes. My Carlini Gangsters look rad, and everything works perfectly. My Pop’s Harley turned out great with no problems as well. We will definitely be back for more upgrades and service. Thanks guys!

These guys are all great! I was impressed from the first phone call to the time my bike was completed. Professional yet very personable guys. Couldnt be happier! Just picked up my 08.Dyna low rider and these guys did a great job rebuilt my brake caliper changed the fluids and fixed a leak from where I had mid controls. Everything is running fine.. I will be going back to them with all my problems. Very professional people. Thank you guys 🤙🏼🇺🇸

The shop is cleaner than most people’s homes! Brian and crew are more particular about my bike than I am. I do a lot of wrenching myself. When I don’t feel like tackling a job, BPS is my go to shop. They really know their stuff with both street and MX bikes.

Blettners is my go to for my Harley. Friendly, fair prices, super quick turn-around. Called Brian Saturday after they closed, asking if he could squeeze me in for a nail in my tire. Told me to get it right over and they got it back to me Monday afternoon. Cant ask for more than that.

Although Blettner Power Sports could not service my trike, they assisted me in finding a repair shop that could.

Incredible experience. I called the day before around 330-4 PM with a complaint of discolored hydraulic clutch oil and leaks coming from clutch and brake sight-glasses. Originally I told Dillion I would drop it off when they opened the next day, things went wrong and I was late, and also plans changed that I needed to take my bike with me. Dillion handled the situation with ease and professionalism, he was able to get prominent things done first and schedule me for the rest of the service on a later date. The technicians, staff, and included were the nicest most accommodating people you can ever meet. I will continue to use Blettner for any service I may need and refer anyone I know to them.
