Tried to call to see if they had something super simple, AC coolant that contained the UV dye for detection purposes.phone rang for about thirty seconds, then I got hung up on. This happened twice. during normal business hours.I now ride or die for OReilly.

I come here every once in a while to get the odd detailing item or some shop towels. The staff are helpful and know the products fairly well. If prices were a little better Id come here more often. They do run sales and promotions which helps. Location is super convenient for me and saves me from running to the back of the often busy Harahan Walmart when all I need is one or two things.

Staff was nice. But they ripped off parts to connect my battery, while pulling in the battery cable vigorously, and now I have to hire a mechanic to fix it. They rigged it badly. I’m towing it. It ran just fine when I arrived. I just needed a new battery. $$$ thanks AutoZone.

They didnt have what I needed because my car was so new but the lady that looked for my item she was so sweet and she kept trying to find it until she knew they didnt have it I really appreciate it her.

I went to this location to get a piece for my shift linkage cable, and I have no idea what that even means. Mr. Clarence was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future for whatever I need for my car.

I asked for a jump. The guy was really busy so I left. In about 10 minutes after I left he came to help. Eventhough the store was busy and there were only a few employees he came to help. The gentlemen was an older person. I really appreciate his help.

Went to the one @800 Clearview Parkway, in Elmwood. They had a GREAT employee name George help me. Fantastic service, if ANYONE needs parts for their vehicle, you would be foolish to go anywhere else. You Rock George!

Awesome customer service! Keisha was amazing and went out of her way to help my dad get his car running. She didn’t leave us hanging even after several failed attempts to jump his car and still made sure all other customers were helped as well!

My husband and I were out of state and my daughter became stranded in NOLA and stumbled upon Auto Zone. Keisha went above and beyond to take care of our daughter and spoke with me on the phone to keep me updated. Auto Zone, you have a beautiful soul working for you!

So, I went in about a week ago to this location to exchange an Optima battery that was UNDER WARRANTY. This battery was not charging fully at all on my battery tender in my garage to reach that green light float level...that is the reason I wanted to make the exchange. It was on the tender for almost a week and it was not fully charging....The early signs of a bad battery. So, I walked in with the battery and receipt from when I purchased it two years ago ready to go. The woman who helped me then proceeded to take out this machine to check the charge....she said it was almost fully charged and nothing was wrong with it. I attempted to explain to her that this battery was not charging fully on my battery tender at home to reach the float level and that this is the beginning stages of a defective battery. She then asked her co-worker to try the same thing with the machine and he again told me the same thing, that this is a “good battery”. He handed back the battery to me and gestured they could not make an exchange. I was not happy to say the least that I had to haul the battery back home. This past Saturday, I walked into the Autozone location on Willams in Kenner, and the exchange was effortless. There were no questions asked and no checking a battery with a machine that was UNDER WARRANTY for 36 months. I came to this Clearview location first because it is close to my office, but I will be going to the Williams location to purchase automotive parts in the future.

Extremely rude. Package said lifetime warranty and they asked for receipt. Had item for two years and didnt have one. Said they couldnt find it in the system that I bought it. I said package doesnt say that, it says return free of charge and get a replacement.
