I order here every day and they NEVER put the whip on my iced white mocha. It gives you the option to put no whip. I select “with whipped”. So I now have to go inside and wait more for my mobile order.So today I called and said “hey please don’t forget my whip on my mobile order.” Went to pick it up and she just sat it in pick up with NO whip. It comes with whip.They then says well everyone usually likes no whip ? Who is this everyone?? Or who determines what everyone else gets? This is the only Starbucks that does this.

This location is frequently out of menu items. The last drink I had here was not even prepared properly (Java chip Frappuccino was without chips, not frozen but instead liquid that was separating, and tasted only like chocolate syrup). Had to toss it because it was like straight up syrup

These restrooms trifling

Convenient location and never gets order wrong. They have indoor/outdoor seating and drive through. They can have long lines via drive through which blocks customers vehicles who are ordering inside. This is a problem at a few locations around. I will say the staff does keep the line moving pretty fast as compared to other locations. Overall a good Starbucks.

Customer service is always superb. They try to move as fast as they can but they always seem to be out of everything I always want.

This Starbucks is the most inconsistent location. Our office moved to this area a little over a year. The baristas must not have the true “Starbuckian” training. I spend about $60 a week, $10 each drink with customizations, 3 out 5 times a week my drink is completely wrong or they forget the add ons I am paying for. A lot of times, it’s drive thru, so when I get to my office it’s wrong. Manager doesn’t seem to address your concerns with care, she only says, I’ll get with the team, no apology, lack of empathy, etc. I will stop going to this location until upper management can address the issues for correction. I feel the baristas must have a lack of training and it starts with management. No one should have to check their drink every time to see if it’s right. It should be each and every time with maybe one variable on occasion. I can’t ever seem to get that great coffee experience here at the elmwood branch as I did where my old office used to be, closer to another Starbucks location.

The baristas are so sweet. Last year a girl gave me a compliment at the window which was so nice I still remember it to this day, and recently I’ve had a male barista at the window who is such a cheerful and sweet person that he puts me in a good mood for the whole rest of the day!!! Honestly I’ve never had such amazing customer service so I felt compelled to write a review. Side note, my coffee order is always correct and delicious.

Thanks for helping me out....the air conditioning and common beverages will help me be safe from covid.. So invasive testers dont come around violating the materia medica..... I didnt use to have issues with Starbucks not being local till Florida so its nice to come back to its just a corporate option and not a problem... I would recommend it

My coffee was made wrong when I called and spoke to the manager she was extremely helpful and polite, and although it was made incorrectly I learned I like my coffee a new way today 😏

This is the most inconsistent location. I will no longer go here and support one drop of coffee to 50 parts sugar......complete rip off. I threw my drink away for the last time

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to & I have been to many including other countries. The baristas serve blended milk w ice and when asked to make correct they are rude. Manager is even worse. Remade drink and it was still incorrect but refused to make it right. Was told to come back on a later date to get the correctly made $7 coffee!!! I would give this place a zero if possible.

The employees were not friendly at all. All I ordered was a plain coffee and it was like pulling teeth to get sugar/creamer for it after I waited 10 minutes. This location has fallen a long way in the past few years.

Love this Starbucks. Theres a sweet and professional barista there whose name is Diego and Im always excited to see him when hes working. Ive been going to this one for years and hes been super consistent. Makes all my drinks correct and is always going the extra mile to recommend new drinks and seasonal offerings. Def recommend.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve EVER been to. They take so long to serve the drive through. It’s like the people taking your money are the only ones making drinks. I hate coming to this Starbucks. You will spend your whole morning on the line trying to get coffee. That’s how slow they are. They need new management or something!

I typically come through the drive-thru and have good experiences, always fast and accurate service, but had a great experience at this store today and i had to share! my friend and i are both partners and have been through so many stores (and have a habit of watching and analyzing whos on bar)! the baristas at this store at every single position were on POINT today and so so kind!! they were operating effortlessly and quickly and were kind and accommodating to everyone in the cafe while ALSO managing the drive thru. my complicated-a** friend even got a drink that he never gets right at other stores, and he said it tasted just like he made it for himself. overall 10/10 experiences, todays morning crewe really made our day and were doing it right. will be returning forever and ever!

Haven’t been to this location physically, however some friends of mine got my usual for me (which I admit is a meticulous order) while they visited and I can honestly say it was spot on, amazing!! As a partner from another location, my first sip was magical and literally felt like I got behind the bar myself and made it, wow! The drink itself was enough to tell me how much they care and told me all I needed, thank you guys so much : )

I ordered a Tall Chai Tea Latte but was given a coffee instead. I called the store, explained the mistake, and was told my name was being taken down and I could come back the next day for my correct drink. Well I went back last night, and the servers acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about but agreed to remake my drink. Just when I finally think I’m about to enjoy a hot chai tea latte, I discover that it’s milk. I was given a cup of warm milk with cinnamon. This location let me down twice in the last 48 hours 😔

Every single table was dirty trash on the floor and plenty of staff to correct the issue. I pointed out the issue to the manager and she tried to blame the tables on corporate. I then re-explained that it’s a cleanliness issue not broken table. She got mad and told me to have a good one, in a sarcastic manner. I have never seen a Starbucks so dirty.

Reading previous reviews on this Starbucks, I can tell they have changed their tune for the better. My service was superb in every moment of it. Listening to the staff call out names of the people walking in the door, to giving friendly hugs in the lobby. In the days we are living in, everyone needs to see, feel, and hear kind gestures. Great change for the better. 👍

Theyre good but slow

Not the employees fault, but the location & volume of traffic this store serves seems to contribute to more missing items and much longer wait times on food or non standard orders. They try really hard though.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about menu items, and are willing to adjust drinks to a customers preference. In fact the staff will bend over backwards to the point of spinal failure to please their customers. Its a great place to hang out with friends, or sit quietly and read or study. I see many of the same people every time I go.

I love the drink selection. I usually get a Java Chip or a Vanilla Iced Coffee. They tend to have long lines in the mornings but the line moves fast! Great customer service.

I love ordering ahead in the app - really helps to save time and prevent frustration at the window.My only complaint is that they are frequently out of some of my favorite lunch and snack items. Theres only so much I can eat with my plant-based dietary preferences, so when I find places that have foods I can eat - I really need them to be in stock!I order in the app and then drive all the way there only for them to be out of whatever it is without a viable replacement. For example, there are only 2 veggie sandwiches with spinach, and the one that tastes good is usually the one thats out!Sometimes I just want a particular flavor of chips or a particular bakery item or a particular sandwich that I can only get at Starbucks. If Im just running in for a snack and not also getting coffee, Im not trying to wait in line only to leave empty handed! And Im definitely not trying to wait in line at the Drive-Thru only to have to ask for my money back!Moreover, traveling only 2 miles down Clearview in breakfast or lunch traffic and then also waiting in line (inside or drive-thru) at this popular location can easily turn into a 40-60 minute errand (rather than 10-20 minutes) total. The whole point of going to Starbucks instead of supporting a local cafe is convenience and consistency! Please get your inventory together!!The good thing about this location, though - and the reason I continue to patronize them, is that I can get my custom half-decaf white mocha with almond milk and then just go next door to City Greens for lunch or snack. If its breakfast time, I sometimes get my coffee at Starbucks and then ride over to PJs for the sandwich. (White Mocha tastes different at PJs - otherwise, I would just go there). Takes a little longer but I can plan for two trips in advance - you know, now that I know I cant count Starbucks for anything but coffee. (One day, I will have an assistant to go through all this trouble on my behalf).If it were possible to customize syrups and caffeine at the local coffee place in walking distance to where I live, I would never be disappointed by this conglomerate again.Alas, my ridiculous customizations are prepared correctly every time and taste exactly the same every time, so Starbucks will keep me as a customer for now.I guess the lesson here is that it really is too much to ask for both the food AND the coffee to be amazing. Its a coffee shop - not a cafe, after all...

I always enjoy there coffee. But I was not happy with there reusable Holiday Cup Promotion. Star bucks is way to big of a company to pull such a cheap move like that.

The staff is nice and warm. However getting to the location is awkward. The parking lot is almost impossible to leave if there is s line of c as re on the drive through.

Drive through machine is defective. I had a hard time communicating my order. They kept repeating the wrong order back to me. Screen on it doesn’t not work either.

Drinks are inconsistent, Idk how this happens but at least once a week I have to get my drink remade. This is also one of the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. No one moves quickly, drive through takes forever! Going inside is quicker, so maybe add more baristas to support the window so the line doesnt take up the entire parking lot.

I dont go there often due to the price of a CUP OF COFFEE being so ridiculously high but today I do go and they screw up the order. Its like the McDonalds of coffee. Why do people enjoy their coffee and pay their prices everyday is beyond me. I dont get it

Good place to study. The sun can be a bit much during sundown, but so it goes.

I like this location. I stay here when the kid has cheer practice and there are always other people studying and so forth. It is welcoming for just hanging out.

Service is terrible. Used to go at least once a week. Now we avoid it. Had got coffee spilled on my wife because of rude staff and manager refused to even listen to what happened. There are other coffee shops in the area and you can definitely get better service at any of them. Dont waste your time!!!

I love the taste of Starbucks regular coffee and have been going to this Starbucks location for a looong time. I buy it to go and by the time I get to work, its the perfect temp for drinking. Unfortunately, about 40% of the time, theres an issue with the coffee prep and by the time I find out (at work), its too late because Im too far away to return it. This has happened on my last 2 visits and on 3 of the last 5 visits. Bottom line is this: if youre ordering in, youre fine. If youre ordering to go, you risk spilling boiling hot coffee on yourself by removing the lid to check the contents. Otherwise, when you start drinking your coffee, you may find out it wasnt what you ordered. Last thoughts: Perhaps if you visit, off-peak, your experience will be different. And Starbucks, if you want 5 stars, just get the order right because the base product (your coffee) is already there.

Drinks taste good and most of the time the baristas are friendly.Although, one time I get up to the start of the line and the girl taking my order doesnt say one word to me until I say thank you at the end of the transaction and in return she says thank you.They could use some tips in customer service.

Drive thru is a wreck bc theres no where for the line to go that isnt through the busy/shared parking lot or into the street. Staff is friendly and rarely, if ever, get my order wrong.
