Before I go anywhere: online or in store, I stop by this local store for products. Their team is amazing and will remember you and the each time you return. Also there bundles are reasonably priced.

This establishment sells affordable Wigs and Beauty products .The staff members are cery nice and polite.

I went in there once and the pack of scrunchies were far too expensive but I bought it because I had a lot of errands that day and was tired. Phone service is horrible, the first person didn’t speak English then when an English speaking person came on the phone she wasn’t very keen on what I was saying as she laughed at background conversations and instead of saying “your welcome” she just hung up. I believe in KINDNESS. If I say “thank you”, say your welcome. It’s simple.

I was diagnosed with cancer in June and started chemotherapy which is now causing my hair to fall out. Having never worn a wig before, I went to the Clearview location of Zury to shop wig options (bald head and all). As I shopped a table of wigs a sales lady came back to the table to inform me that I was only allowed to try on 3 wigs. When I questioned this policy at the register I was told they didnt have enough staff to help me with trying on more than 3 wigs (no one was helping me try on anything to begin with, the wigs were on a table within my reach). Given that this wig experience is all new to me, I really wanted to try on more than 3. I was likely going to buy more than 3! I was crushed. It took a lot for me to go up there and shop at all given my circumstances, but to be rudely turned away and treated like I was merely there to play with the wigs was offensive at best. I will never step foot in this store again and I hope the ladies who were turning me away today never have to experience the struggle of breast cancer.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I bought a Bluetooth for my phone from here (which was only $20 so I should have known better) but anyway...when I got home it didnt work, it refused to pair with my phone. So...the very next day I brought it back with my receipt and asked for another one since I knew they didnt do refunds. The sales lady proceeded to tell me that the item was used and she couldnt take it back. Mind u...Im a regular in this store (well, I was) and I spend lots of money here! I explained to her that there was no way I was just going to take a $20 loss because she sold me product that didnt work! She told me that it was my choice to make the purchase and it wasnt her fault that the product did not work! Just as I was about to lose it...her daughter came from the back and agreed to at least exchange the product for one that actually worked. Really bad way to treat customers!!! Im never going here again, and I will be informing every last one of y clients to shop else where for their beauty needs!!!
