We built a home a year ago and used Triton Stone to get all of my Quartzite and Marble. Mason Long was my sales rep and he was amazing. He was helpful and learned my taste, keeping my budget in mind. Triton has a great selection. Mason took his time with us and was great help.

I worked with Janie Dean and she was incredible. She really worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted. The slabs I had originally wanted were being held for someone else, but Janie was going to have 2 slabs From the the same bundle shipped to us 1 from Arkansas 1 from Shreveport. Thankfully the original slabs I loved came available and I got what I wanted and saw in person. Janie had great communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Triton Stone and highly recommend Janie Dean.

Went to the store on the first occasion and made an appointment for the following day. On the initial visit I was led to the back to not only look at the slabs in stock but through the farmhouse sinks as well. Described my situation, that I was renovating a second home, and the fact that I was unable to schedule multiple appointments and needed pricing ASAP. I was told by my fabricator to purchase the stone and a separate price would be given for fabrication, cutting and beveling the edges. Needless to say this wasn’t enough for them. Rachel demanded my contractors name, said she had never done business with him. I agreed that might be true due to the fact he hasn’t bought from your store in the past. She then refused to give pricing and basically ended the conversation with “tell your fabricator to call me”. I will not.Extremely rude. Rachel identified herself as the owner and basically said she didn’t need my business. Will choose another option in the area due to lack of professionalism.They were recommended highly by the contractor, but unfortunately I cannot spend my money with this company.CONTINUED.... To follow-up to your response. I do not “hide behind a keyboard”. Luckily I have left my contact information for you to respond to email or phone in a more professional manner. I was never rude to your receptionist. In actuality she was quite pleasant and provided a great level of service while showing me around the showroom on the prior day. I cannot however say the same about you. My contractor did call back an got a price from your rep. She spoke in a calm, professional manner and gave the information about the Mont Blanc pieces in your store. I’m not the only “1 star” you’ve received, nor am I the only bad review. Maybe instead of being a nasty owner, you try to address your 3 star rating.Again... you have my email and phone number because I filled out a customer card upon my arrival. More than happy to discuss this professionally, or will you continue to “hide behind a keyboard”?

Very very slow service 👎 I waited there all day just to be helped

We looked at several stone outlets for our master bath remodeling project. Jamie Hill at Triton was very well organized, patient, and helpful in our search for just the right material. Triton has a large selection and Jamie listened when we explained what we were looking for, then showed us many beautiful slabs. It was a fun and challenging task to get to the right decision and she helped tremendously.

Jamie was a terrific help. She listened to what colors and details I was looking for and wanted. She was most knowledgeable about stock available and followed up with pictures and offered plenty of alternate solutions.I highly recommend Triton for granite and tile.

We are impressed with the collection that Triton Stone has and with Janie Dean who was informed and gracious enough to show us everything we asked about. She was personable yet not pushy and was precisely what one looks for in a sales person. We are not sure we are ready to rip out our kitchen counters again, but Janie gave us excellent information on all the options we have to consider.

I have visited this establishment and was not pleased at the least. The company bases their selves off of great customer service but you wouldn’t be able to tell. I would not spend my money nor my time here. Please save yourself the misery.

I had a great experience at Triton and Mason, my sales rep, assisted me in making my vision a reality.

My husband and I went in to pick out granite. We picked out the ones we liked. Got a quote and decided which one we wanted to go with. The granite was then sold. We went back and forth for over a month. Every granite we decided on there was a problem. NOT ONCE did they call us. We ALWAYS had to call to find something out and leave countless messages and never get a call back. The last time we heard something was that would not be able to get the granite for 4 months when we called and have not called back since. They do not care about customer service. If I have to call for you countless times to try and buy from you then I take you do not want or need my business. Needless to say we still do not have counter tops. I was going to give you a chance to call me and make it right but obviously you do not want my business.

We used Triton for our kitchen counter tops, which is a different spot than the one we used for our bathroom counter tops.I was surprised to walk in here and find so much other stuff besides stone. They had a decent selection of tile, one of which we already purchased from a different vendor. They had a small collection of sinks and faucets. But I would say, there main product is the stone.We arrived on a Saturday. Thankfully, they are open until 1pm. Saturdays are probably not their most organized day. We had set this up during the week and had been working with a very friendly and helpful sales person, who made sure everything would be in order for our arrival. It kind of was. The front desk woman was kind of the weak link. Even when we told her exactly who we spoke with and what we were looking for, she kept pushing the generic spiel on us. We figured she was clueless, so we pushed on onward to the slabs and found someone else.I think her name was Annaliza. Thats what Shari V wrote down anyway. She was great. She directed us towards the slabs which had been set out for us. She was not pushy and did not hover. She was clearly busy but was around an appropriate amount. We deliberated on a few slabs and ultimately settled on a piece we loved. In fact, we really like two slabs, so it was a toss up. Choosing between two nice slabs was a good problem to have.Overall, I found the staff here very friendly and once we found the right person to talk to, things went pretty smoothly. Triton had a solid selection. The warehouse is not too hot. They had some good fans going. Their rows are nicely marked, so it was not too hard to find the right piece of rock.I would repeat Triton, but hopefully, I wont have to.

Had purchased 2 Granite slabs from Atlanta Showroom few years back. This showroom was a franchised by Triton Holding. The Granite started crumbling on the edges due to its structure. Now closed Atlanta showroom owner was no help in spite they sold Granite that was not suitable for fabrication. I contacted Triton Stone corporate office in New Orleans and they decided to provide me with 2 slabs at their cost for replacement. Very pleased with response from Rachel Jones.

I would like to thank Triton Stone out of New Orleans, Louisiana and their sales associate Shelby, for assisting me with finding the perfect quartzite for my new residential construction home. I am extremely picky and dont have time to look thru pieces that although beautiful ( would not work for me) Shelby zoned in on exact tally what I was looking for and it was brought in quickly and without issue. I recieved excellent service and I am hard to please. Thanks again and would recommend.

Dealing with Triton Stone of New Orleans was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Though their selection of stone is impressive, their lack of quality and accommodation was disappointing to say the least. Their store manager Bryan Chauvin was extremely rude and unprofessional.Please don’t waste your time or money with this company.

Not exactly sure why they tray people so rudely that are simply trying to view stone, second timeI have had a bad experience with this company, I will not make the mistake of shopping here a third time!

For a mere inquiry, I was treated with the utmost disrespect. This is the first experience that Ive ever sought out a business to leave a review because of how wronged I felt.
