Just called to see if appointment was needed to get my New Babylock Jazz 2 looked at. No appointment necessary, but explained to David that I just bought couple of weeks ago, still under warranty. Did not buy from them. They did not have in stock. Bought through Sewingmachinesplus.com they had in stock at great price. David told me since I bought from large internet company they get machines before they do. They could not look at my machine. Ive bought machines from them in the past, plus parts, service, and other. I go out of my way to go to their store. But not any more. Its ashame they are Babylock reps.

Could not have been more pleased with the staff and service. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in even though both sales people were with clients. I brought my daughters sewing machine in to have it repaired and serviced. Not only was the machine ready when promised, but they showed my daughter the proper way to load the bottom bobbin and correctly load the needle. Thanks for the personal service.

I live outside the city limits, easy to locate. Just dont follow Google Maps, it takes you the scenic route. Friendly, informative and willing to work with you. And they have a shop on State highway 22 in Mandeville on the way to Madisonville. Sadly, I forgot the name of the store.

They have the best customer service around. They are about the most knowledgeable sewing and embroidery people I have ever dealt with.

The staff is very knowledgable and had a part for a rare Janome sewing machine on-hand. They also have a lovely collection of fabrics.

From the minute I walked in the door at All About Sewing, everyone there, (Stephanie, David, Debbie & Keith) made me feel comfortable. Being new at sewing & embroidery, I needed all the help I could get and they were always there to help out. I bought my first Janome (MC 500 E) machine from them and they helped me learn everything about the machine. Today I attended the 1st day of the Jenny Haskins two day event put on by All About Sewing, and was so impressed, I purchased another Janome (MC 15000) from them. I am anxious to start my classes there and learn as much as I can.
