The location in Harahan,LA was actually able to fix my truck. The manager had a attitude when i was trying to explain what i felt while driving my truck.

Rented a 15 foot moving truck on Saturday. Needed it for Sunday for moving a storage unit. Was very time sensitive situation. Recieved a call Sunday morning at 8am. They dont have a truck yet. They said they would call as soon as one came In. Well 11am they closed and yet no phone call. Thankfully I used my pick up truck to take care of what I needed. Yes it took me a few runs back and forth but had I waited for penske to return my call Id still be waiting. Very disappointed amd will not recommend them in the future

Camry has excellent customer service skills! She was helpful and fun to talk with. Thanks so much! Now my truck wasnt on Full rather it was at the top of the F and not on the actual full line. Small disappointment. Overall very satisfied.

Danielle was amazing and extremely helpful!! She was able to find a truck and was so friendly. She gave honest advice about getting the extra coverage and we decided that we would pay for the additional insurance. She was very knowledgeable about what truck she recommended and I could tell she had been with Penske for a long time. Thanks for making this decision easy and reassuring my decision on the size of the truck.

Rented from them last week wed morning truck was old and had no fire extinguisher . They asked if i was going out of town. I said no then i was told not to worry. Look at poor reviews and see what penske response is.. that says it all ..

Quick service for truck rental with plenty of inventory. Its significantly cheaper if you book online and use AAA, so much so that its worth buying a AAA membership before booking.

Excellent experience! No joke. Ive had nightmare experiences with similar companies that I ranked up there with the DMV.But Aaron was extremely helpful, as was David. (And I think Danielle?)I thought they were pranking me. I made the reservation and thought maybe Id get there and thered be no truck available, or the price would suddenly go up...nope!Very patient on the phone with all my questions, very nice, and a very nice and clean office. Truck was perfect and a really good price.The only thing I would change is that the person who brought me out to the truck give a quick rundown of where things were inside the truck before I drove it.I was a bit nervous but it was much easier to drive than i thought (16 ft). Best to have another person with you, another set of eyes to help, when in New Orleans!

I had ran out of fuel in my volvo. Tow truck came here.and I was greeted with a smile.. and how can I help you today maam? I told him what my issue was and they got right on it.. and they test drove it and asked me to get in and check it out before I left. The service manager wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied.. I had a great experience here. And my expectations were above and beyond what you see in todays world..I would recommend Harahan, LA Penske truck rental to anyone..
