There is a lack of communication throughout the entire delivery process. I made a request for packages to be held on a Thursday at 8am. There was a delivery attempt the very next day on Friday. I called to ensure my request was put in properly and was assured it was. I was told they would be at the requested facility Saturday morning my 9am. I called Saturday at 2p because the they still were not at the requested facility. Its now Saturday at 6pm and Im told they never left the faculty they were brought back to in Friday at 7p.
Horrendous. Overnight delivery goes undelivered while waiting in a damaged house for our important documents. Promised multiple times that they would deliver all the way til 830pm and nothing. I’m f’info real
My package has been held at the Fedex in harahan for over a week now. I called to see if the package ckage could be held so i can pick it up and the first representative told me no but then when i called back they said yes. FedEx is absolutely the worst! Today I expected a package to be delivered waited all day never left my house went outside about 3 o’clock and a note from FedEx that they attempted to deliver I thought oh no problem I’ll just go pick it up at the location in Harahan I called FedEx they assured me that my package would be there after 5 pm and I could pick it up anytime after that. Drove all the way to Harahan to only find out that the Humphreys location closes at 4 PM I say we all go to UPS and never ever use FedEx for anything ever again they are very undependablep
Ive had overnight packages sitting in Harahan for DAYS, and they arent being delivered. I cant get through to anyone to find out whats going on and if I can just come out there and get them. Im sure theyll blame the hurricane, but they were TERRIBLE before the storm. If something was shipped FedEx, about 50 percent of the time, I never received it. Im literally calling suppliers and begging them to switch to UPS. FedEx customer service is a joke. I dont want a claim number that gets me nowhere; I want my packages.
Fedex is terrible. My package was suppose to be delivered on September 16th. It says its in harahan but they have no contact phone number and have no idea on when my package will be delivered. Everyone you talk to by calling customer service is a foreigner that can barely understand what you are asking. I wish when you are ordering something that you could choose which carrier you want to use to deliver your package because it would never be FedEx.
Very courteous and professional place for shipping items. Was having trouble with some things while trying to ship some items and the nice lady behind the counter went above and beyond to ensure it was all correct. She was very informative and helpful. The price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend this place for your shipping needs.

Stayed home from work for TWO days so I could sign for my order which contained over $1500 worth of products only for the delivery driver to lie about attempting delivery both times. I left my gate code and my phone number and also had the reps had customer service put in the info to make sure the driver saw it and he STILL lied about leaving a door tag. Horrible.

It never fails. I watch the fed ex guy on camera and doesn’t even attempt to call my number. It’s one thing if it’s regular shipping, but I pay overnight next day shipping and I’ll wait for the call to open the gate. I’m a small business owner and this hurts my business when I can’t get my inventory in. This happened 7 times or more this year with next day shipping. I lose out on business and my money for next day.
After a NIGHTMARE of back and forth and run around my package that was supposed to be shipped OVERNIGHT was FINALLY tracked down.. after at least a dozen calls I was directed to drive 40 miles from my home to the city and the package would be at the center...While I wouldnt call the clerks rude indifferent and apathetic wouldnt quite categorize their attitudes...MR. MARK TURNER AND A DRIVER NAMED ZACK went above and beyond to help me in finally getting my package...I intend to contact FEDEX in the morning and voice my EXTREMELY HIGH LEVEL OF APPOINTMENT and MY GRATITUDE TO MARK TURNER AND ZACKF FEDEXI couldnt give negative stars

FedEx is seriously the worst. My brother sent my drivers license and payroll check to me from Ohio to New Orleans. He used overnight express delivery. The package had a guaranteed arrival time of 7/28/2020 by 8pm. When I called to check on the status after it was not received by this time, I was told it was in Memphis and was delayed due to flooding in New Orleans. This information was false, which I knew because I was in New Orleans and there was no flooding or airline delays. After calling back multiple times over multiple days I was given a plethora of different reasons for the delay— flooding in Memphis (false), flight delays in Memphis due to weather (false), staffing issues due to COVID (possibly true), mechanical delays, back-ups in movement of packages (possibly true), and finally that my package was lost (also possibly not true since the last person I spoke to stated it was scanned being put on a crate for shipment from Memphis to New Orleans).It is now 7/31 and I still have not received my express overnight package that was mailed on 7/27 with a delivery date of 7/28. I have had to change my flight four different times. Miss my first week of work as a travel therapist in California, volunteering to go to the front lines to provide desperately needed care during the pandemic. And they still are not able to guarantee that my package will actually depart Memphis tonight. That’s just what is “supposed” to happen.When my brother called to request a refund of his shipping fee he was told that no refunds are being issued after March 18th and there is not service guarantee. Proceed with caution if you ship via FedEx. A post card that my friend sent with a .35¢ postcard stamp arrived in New Orleans from Denver in a more timely manner than this $50 express shipment from FedEx.
They marked a package as delivered and signed by a C.COV as part of some Covid protocol, but the package was never received and when I checked my homes cameras, a FedEx courier never set foot on my property at or around the time they claimed to have delivered my package. This package was also an envelope that could easily fit in my homes mail chute where it would safely land inside. I brought this up to the staff at the location and not only did some of them not know what C.COV was about, but when they questioned the driver, they claimed that he did not recall and that I now have to take this up with the sender. Ive usually had stuff delivered to me through USPS or UPS and after all this, Ill be damn sure that FedEx is never in charge of delivering anything to me ever again. Total incompetence.

Place doesnt accept cash. This is really inconvenient however, it doesnt matter anyways because whatever they want to do they will do. They should advertise this so that people will know. 1
Way to expensive to ship here. I payed well over twice as much as I usually do. My usual place is Mailbox express on Citrus blvd in Harahan. Unfortunately they were closed and I needed to get a eBay item shipped out. If you ship stuff out on the regular do yourself a favor and go there. Outstanding customer service and very very reasonable with pricing.

They said they attempted to make a delivery at my location which is a lie there is no signature requested for this delivery their excuse is that the business is closed yet it is residential and if there is no signature required so that means whether its residential or a business they should have left it at the door

The absolute worst delivery services I’ve ever had. One THREE separate occasions I have ordered overnight delivery with them. Not once has it come on time or even in a reasonable amount of time. Every time I call and try and find out where it is, they tell me deliveries were attempted but I literally work at the front desk at the delivery address and I’m there all day every day and they do not come by. Horrible service and no communication between drivers and dispatch. Lazy drivers who don’t want to do their job. Save your money and don’t ever use fedex
Phone representative was helpful as they could be. Ensured my complaint against the driver went through. Thats my only positive comment. The worst thing about this location is the lack of driver compassion. Multiple times my fragile items was left in the rain. When it comes to a rainy day and signature is required they wont even attempt to deliver youre package. Now i wasted my money paying for their services
Scheduled an overnight package of very expensive refrigerated meds. Was waiting for package all morning. Saw a note on the door with just a date tried to deliver and no other info. 2 cars in driveway. Lights on inside house. Glass door with tv on. No knock on door. Have a dog that responds to people at door. My husband and I did not hear a knock. 15 minutes after supposed delivery I called fed ex and they said would call me when they get in touch with driver. Called 2 more times in the next hour and they still could not reach driver. My husband went to fed ex office on Humphrey and they could not reach driver. They said it would be at a certain delivery site after 3. We offered to meet driver, to go to another delivery site. FedEx was told how important and expensive needed medication in package was each contact. I can’t believe they are unable to get in touch with one of their drivers! Terrible service.
Ive actually NEVER gotten a package from FedEx EVER delivered in New Orleans. Most of the time I get a business closed note on my tracking even though I live in an apartment. Ive never seen or gotten a door tag, I just have to use the tracking number whenever my package inevitability doesnt show up. This most recent package SAYS it was delivered, but was signed by someone who doesnt even live in my building. Theres only 10 units in my building and NONE of them are C Williams, its a gated building BTW with a door call buzzer that they refuse to use. I finally had to resort to calling Amazon and tell them to add a note to my account to NEVER use FedEx to ship my purchases.

Should never have had to drive out to this location to retrieve my FOOD package, but when I did, I had to wait 15 -20 minutes for a Representative to even acknowledge my existence, and then They did not comply with Their rules. When I GOT my package, it was luke warm to the touch, and it was BLATANTLY OBVIOUS it contained food, as well as FedEx claiming they have a cooler section for Food parcels.

On 3/12/19 at 12:45PM I had a 25 lb box to ship for business. The invoice and packaging was prepared and ready to go. I walk in and the employee started daggers at me and said “put it on the scale”. Did not say another word to me and just rudely gave me my receipt. I will NEVER go back to this location!
I paid extra for 2day shipping & my package was attempted for delivery 5 days later, yet I still have no package. The driver left a notice on my door on Thursday that said if I signed the note & posted it on my door they would leave my package at my house. Did that & still no package yet FedEx claims it was delivered on Friday at 1059am. I call the customer service number & they tell me they have to put a tracer on the package it may be 24 to 48 hourals before anyone contacts me. I get a call telling me that the driver incorrectly delivered my package to a Walgreens facility at 11am. I go to Walgreens at 6pm & STILL NO PACKAGE. Of course I called customer service again & guess what, another tracer had to be issued. This time I may not get a call back until Monday. Im over FedEx. This is the 2nd time they cant locate my package & theres absolutely no concern to satisfy the customer. I want a refund will never ship with FedEx ien the Greater New Orleans area again.
This location should be closed! I ordered a 60 inch tv from the BelleChasse NEX, the tracking info said it was out for delivery, it never arrived, said it would be delivered the next day. Never did! I called a rep they said it was on the truck and needed to be unloaded, never happened, next I was told that it was waiting to be on the truck for delivery again, that never happened, checked the tracking again, and the item was sent to Tennessee for some odd reason, called the customer service and the customer service representative laughed and said “Sir, no one wants to steal your 60inch tv”. The last update on it was leaving the harahan location to go to Tennessee.This location needs to be investigated.
HORRIBLE!!! I scheduled a specific time for delivery on Thursday and paid the additional charge. Called customer service Friday and Saturday and spoke to 4 different people and all of them said they will look into it and call me back. It is Sunday and Im still waiting. On Monday Ill have to go there and get it myself. Im furious and will get my damn money back.
Horrible business!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would! I stayed home from work and paid $15.00 for next day delivery. They came but didnt knock or ring the doorbell! Just taped the Sorry we missed you! tag on the door! I watched my security camera twice to make sure he actually put the sticker on the door without knocking. On top of that, the location he works at DOES NOT have a phone number to reach them! So I called the 1800 number to speak to a customer service representative. He told me that it was my fault that I wasnt on the lookout for them and I have to wait until Monday! He was terribly rude! I told him that the guy never knocked or rung the doorbell. I then asked if I could speak to someone else. He put me on hold without even saying ok or hold on or anything. I was on hold for 27 min before hanging up and calling back. The next representative told me that shell put in a request for the driver to come back but it isnt a guarantee! Guys, if you want to avoid headaches, frustration, wasted time, and being rudely talked to then I advise NOT using Fed Ex!
Im sorry to say this but I need to. There are THREE computers for employees to take packages from customers, and everytime I go in, only ONE of them is being used. Ive seen a maximum of 3 employees at any given time, but only 1 is utilizing the computer. Most of them are in the back, granted Im sure theyre searching for packages or organizing, but theres always a wait to be helped. Average 15 min before youre even acknowledged. If you can, schedule a pickup from your business or find a dropbox (they have one outside of this building for small packages).

Package was sent 2 day shipping (expedited service) package was in it all due for delivery today(Friday Jan 22) wont be delivered until Monday held up at local facility 10 minutes away for the entire weekend and they wont allow me to pick it up a facility citing its still being sorted could perfectly understand today,but why cant I pick it up tomorrow instead of waiting for Mondays delivery?!!
HORRIBLE! Said my package was attempted to be delivered to business Im not a business. Called the number (this location has no local number) and got someone from customer service whom English is NOT their first language. They told me that they left a door tag, checked my door, and even the apartment management door, there was no tag. They said that they would send a message to the local (Hanrahan) office to contact me, also said would only take a couple minutes, took 45 minutes. Finally Angela called me, I explained to her everything again, she said that she would send a message over dispatch to the driver to re deliver it today. Asked how long till the next attempt would be she said after noon. It was 940 am... told her I had to be at work at 11, she said all she can do is send a message over dispatch. Hopefully I get my package when they Re-attempt to deliver it on Monday. Here goes nothing. I will let everyone know if I actually get it or not.

Sometimes the package is not delivered and a notice sent Business closed, or wrong address, or the package is left at the gate, even if its always the correct address, the gate is open and Ive been staying home waiting for the package all day long !Never had ONE delivery problem with UPS, at the same address....The phone customer service though is always polite and trying to be helpful, but the delivery persons seem helpless!Same thing happening, 3 months later! This time, customer service lies telling they would deliver it next day ... which was a Sunday. Waited to no avail of course.

Sadly my package was never delivered. In the past, from other facilities, I would get an update or a call to let me know. I was never given an update and all that it said online was that it was put on a truck for delivery and then was scanned later that night back at the facility. It was never attempted for delivery. My delivery date was then changed to No scheduled delivery date available at this time. I called customer service to try and get a better understanding of why my package was not delivered and even they could not give me an answer. They told me that the facility just said they were not sure why it happened. This was done on a Friday, and since I am without a vehicle I will have to wait for the medication until Monday since they also said that they could not add it to the packages going out on Saturday.
Customer not available. I was home all day. I have 3 cameras pointing at my front door and not only did no one attempt to deliver this, a FedEx truck never even passed by the house. When I called, all the rep did was read to me Customer not available and they left a tag. NO THERE WASNT. You can go pick it up if you want. This isnt a delivery service. This is a bad joke.

Im standing in line, figured Id write a review while I wait. I come here weekly. Its the only drop off location within a considerable distance. I print my own labels but always end up standing in line waiting 20-30 minutes on average due to the slow idiots who work here. Only reason I dont just drop it off is because two times, I did that and the packages got lost forever. I hope this place gets shuts down.

Filing a complaint as Im writing this with the FEDEX customer relation. Ive dealt with this facilities numerous times. I need my shipments (materials) for work brought to my door. My employer pays for that service. Delivery person keeps claiming business not open access controlled by customer. Granted I live in an apartment building, but the manager is in the office 5 days a week, 8a to 5p. EVERY other delivery service is getting in this building.!
Stayed home all day just to find out they couldnt deliver. Paid for guaranteed 2 day shipping. Will never use FedEx in or around New Orleans again.

This office is a joke. I paid priority for a Saturday delivery to a residential location (all of which was in the special handling section) to a teammate who worked from home, and it sat over the weekend because the name on the address (not the actual location or anywhere else) was a business.I spoke with Karen from the local office who stated that she would look into this, but this has left a very bad taste in my mouth for FedEx.

Hands down the worst customer service Ive ever experienced since living in New Orleans. Package of pre-made meals wasnt delivered three days in a row, with no notifications left. Food ruined. Still tried to deliver package Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, middle of the day while Im at work. Package didnt require a signature, and manager specifically called delivery guy to LEAVE PACKAGE at my house. He didnt. Left a final attempt notice though, first I had received. Had address on notice so I drove to the facility. Lady there argued with me on everything, told me I was wrong and confused about which company was delivering my package. When I showed an email to validate my claims that it was in fact FedEx, she didnt apologize but instead proceeded to tell me that the delivery guy couldnt deliver because there was a gate... Ive been receiving packages for nine months, FedEx has never had trouble lifting a box and placing it over a gate. She claimed no one would EVER put a package over the gate, once again suggesting Im wrong or lying. Moving forward, I told her the food was ruined I dont need the package at this point I just need to file a claim. She said... Yep, you can call our 1-800 number and talk to them.... While Im standing at the FedEx facility in person.... Then said ok you can go now. Listen, I get everyone has a bad day, but this was repeatedly poor service over the span of four days... Its how they operate. Consider never using FedEx express out here. Awful experience.

An employee at this location stole my package. Whoever did it needs to be arrested. I cant file a police report because I didnt get the package. I cant file a complaint because I didnt send the package. This is messed up.
Had a fast trick shipment (for my work laptop) to be delivered (signature required). After two days of waiting at home within 10 of my door, not going out at all for fear of missing the delivery, and leaving a note on the door stating I was home and giving my phone # just in case, the tracking number says delivery was attempted both days and customer was unavailable. Though it says a door tag was left, I found none, and was only able to receive my tracking number by calling the sender. Basically, the driver didnt even bother to deliver the package, opting to just mark it as undeliverable and now forcing me to make calls, file a complaint, and drive over to Harahan at the end of the day to pick up a package that should have gotten here without issues.Apparently this is not the first time this has happened. This FedEx location needs to either change their drivers, or enforce proper delivery policy, because right now the the only reliable thing is that you will not receive your shipment on time. The worst.
My package was not delivered. I got an e-mail that it was scheduled for redelivery because the business was closed at 9:23a supposed failed delivery attempt. I was here at the store at this time specifically for this delivery. I was watching the cameras waiting. No Fedex delivery came--I rewatched cameras-nothing. No door tag was even left-so I know that there was no initial attempt. I called customer service 1800 number to ask for a redelivery today, he got all of the pertinent info and said someone would call me in 2 hours, this was at 10:02a, 12:02p comes, no phone call. I wait until almost 2p to call again. I give her the case/ref #. She has me hold for a while, says that they are unable to reach the driver. I ask her to please try again, she tells me that she will connect me directly to the shipping center. I say okay. Its a cold transfer to a menu. I listen to the various options and select one that I think would best fit my needs. The ring has been ringing for, and I kid you not I can show you, 34 minutes---no answer. I dont understand why I cant speak to someone to have my package delivered today like it was supposed to be---I have been waiting on this package to come in for a while and took steps to be here early so that I could received said package. There was no delivery attempt made. I am so upset. All I want is my package to be delivered today like FedEx said it would be. I cant pick it up because she told me the shipping center closers a 3P, Im at work tl 6p. I see that redelivery is set for Tuesday 9/11/17, but I need that package today.....phone is still ringing 37 minutes. My next step is to file a complaint with the better business bureau, which Id rather not, Id just like my package delivered. She told me that they deliver until 8p. By the way, the phone has been ringing for 40 minutes straight with no answer. Please, help. Thanks. 49 minutes.

INCOMPETENTThis is the worst service I have ever had. None of my packages ever arrive as expected. The delivery drivers dont ring the doorbell or knock, and they dont leave a door tag. And then you have to call them and wait on hold for 40 minutes and explain that you work from your home and wonder why this could possibly occur every time. And when youre done doing that you will finally have to go to the location to pick up your package - which they either cant find or theyve returned to the sender. So then you have to call corporate that tells you that you have to work with the sender to work with fedex to get your packages back on track. Its a complete disaster. Corporate needs to investigate what is going on with this location, clearly something is wrong.
If i could give this a 0 i would but i cant. Fedex service i received was beyond horrible i was supposed to receive my package 2 days ago and have yet to get it. So i called to see what was taken so long and they said it was out for delivery but the guy never dropped it off and took it back to the facility! They have cost me at less $1,000 i am beyond mad!!!! I paid to have a package shipped overnight. FedEx doesnt come to the door. They send everything straight to the office. They say they came at 4:23. The office said FedEx never came. FedEx says they left a door tag. They put all door tags on the mailbox. There are no door tags in the entire mail area. FedEx has the worse service!

Very upset about a delivery with FedEx. My package was delivered to the wrong city! This still has not been fixed. The mistake was the fault of FedEx but the still have not offered to fix it I guess in out the $50 spent on my package.!
Do not rely on FedEx to get your package to you. I live above a business on Magazine St. I know it can be tough to find a delivery address. However, I knew I had a package coming and taped a note to the door facing the street (a door that also has my name and address displayed) with the instructions to come upstairs and knock on the door. I was no more than 5 feet from the door early in the day, and later I called and gave my phone number. I still never left the apartment and would have noted a knock on the door or a ring of the doorbell. But no one came. These people either are deliberately useless or just dont care. Either way dont use them.

THE DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE TOO LAZY TO WALK UP THE FRONT STEPS TO MAKE A DELIVERY!THE BUSINESS IS OPEN FROM 10AM - 4PM TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY - THE DRIVER SAYS THE BUILDING IS CLOSED OR ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER OUR PACKAGES TO THE NEXT DOOR MUSEUM INSTEAD OF WALKING UP THE 13 STEPS INTO THE MUSEUM.THIS HAPPENS 99% OF THE TIME.NO HELP FROM LOCAL SUPERVISORS! THIS FED EX DELIVERY PERSON NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!I WILL NOT ORDER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY THAT USES FED EX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are always understaffed here but the people have really gone above and beyond to help me out when needed so I’ve got to throw them five stars but good Lord, it wouldn’t hurt FedEx to hire a few more.
F***ing terrible ! They never deliver when theyre supposed to. Has happened multiple times to where I have to go pick it up at their facility, WHICH IS AGAINST THE POINT OF FEDEXING IT. They dont use the instructions you place on the package on their own Website! They just put a tag on your outside apartment complex door and drive the heck off. The FedEx Headquarters themselves, via their 1800 number and service people, cant even get them on the phone to fix it! How does that make any sense?? If I had the option, it wouldve been UPS! FedEx is flat garbage.
It would be -1000 if I could. This place should be out of service. They fake attempt to delivery constantly. Package was schedule for Thursday there has been no knock on my door or doortag left for 2 days and now they are saying they cant come out on until 4 days from now. Called fedex no less then 8 times and THEY cant even get a hold of a manager at this facility. If you live on the area do not use FEDEX because if it goes through this facility there is no telling when you will actually receive your package. I am making my mission to hold someone accountability. This facility is disgrace to the FedEx name. I would tell this directly to the manager if I could but seeing as how they are never there or never answer the phone that is impossible.

I have been waiting for a overnight package to be delivered since November 30th, an here it is December 5th. This is totally ridiculous. Twice, the driver claimed he attempted to deliver my package but I never received an attempt slip at all. Will never use this service again.
I would rate FedEx New Orleans zero if I could. Every time we have a package delivered, we have to go pick it up in Harahan. We never get a door tag. This has happened many times. I try to avoid using FedEx when at all possible, but dont always have a choice.
