Always love coming here i been coming to this location for the past three years. I recently got these two phones fixed this week, these are the after pictures of their job being done completely like new. These phones of mine where horrible literally bad cracked screens, battery damaged and charging port damaged and i took them here and got them fixed they are like new. I will always have such a good experience here. Kind staff and always understanding and always giving customers a low rate to fix devices.

I had the best experience with you store. Employee William was unbelievable helpful, knowledgeable and honest. As I was a first time shopping I was unsure about the store. I spent almost $200 at your store mainly because of him. I will definitely be a return customer.

The store pick-up for my online order was flawless. When I entered the store, the order was already prepared and placed on a shelf below the register. I simply verified my identity and signed for the order. After signing, I was quickly on my way.

For the past month I was looking for a charger, for a unique battery without any success. I stopped in this location last Tuesday morning and I think the name of the gentleman who helped me was William. I like the fact that even though they did not have the charger I was looking for, he went out of his way to provide exceptional customer service and to help me find the correct charger for my back brace. I am so grateful for your help and your customer service. I know if I have a need in the future for batteries or bulbs with outstanding customer service this is my store!

Thank you Thank you Thank you Cameron! Brought my phone in because my phone was run over by a car and so my screen was smashed. My provider couldn’t help me with the phone because as someone who always gets insurance on every device suddenly decided not to according to them (I did) apple wanted to charge me more than what I paid for the phone to fix it. Brought it to Batteries Plus and 1.5 hour(s) & $86 later my phone is as good as new. Again Cameron was quick, efficient, easy to deal with and prompt. More than appreciate yall at Batteries & Bulbs

Great customer service! Pretty small store but the gentlemen are savvy with the products and are super helpful! Ive ordered multiple small bulbs for a Scentsy wax thingy that I have and none of the 20watt bulbs have worked to melt the wax even though thats what the manufacturer recommends. Ive looked all over and its impossible to find 25watts with a small bulb bottom... But they had it! Ive gone to multiple places and ordered a few online and none fit.They were great and patient! Not just with me, but with the with the folks before and after me! 💯 Also see video

They wouldn’t warranty my batteries because they said I let them die so I neglected them even though the day before I was using my truck just fine. I chose to use batteries plus for the 3 year warranty but soon as I go to use it they say it’s my fault and warranty them

This establishment was recommended by a t-mobile employee. My screen was broken on my s20. The man at the desk informed me they dont repair the s20 because it had only been out 6 months. I told him he was wrong and that the store website stated differently. He wasnt interested in helping me. I left and went to cellairis. My phone was finished within an hour.

Great Customer Service! I searched for the product online and then called to be sure the store had the batteries. The salesperson was efficient and courteous. He even went to the trouble of calling me back to explain some of the details of the sale. When we went to pick up at the store, everything was in order just as he had explained. Thank you!

Batteries Plus broke my phone when installing the new screen and battery. After they broke it they couldnt fix it and told me it had to be mailed off to a different location for repair that could take a week. I work from that phone and need to stay in constant contact with multiple customers for my business. Its not ok to be out of business contact for days without communication. Lost communication means lost business which means lost income which creates all kinds of other issues. In comparison its like taking your only vehicle to the dealer and having them break it and tell you that youll just not have a way to get to work.

Site was very easy to navigate. Product availability was spot on. Friendly staff and speedy/efficient installation. Price was comparable to other places but I picked Batteries Plus for their location and ease of ordering.

Extremely rude. We got there 8 minutes after they closed, and as the employee was walking out. He rudely informed my husband they were closed but never looked at him and kept walking. When we looked at the hours on the door it said they should still be opened for another hour. My husband asked about that and he yelled look at the adjusted hours!! He then got in his car and flipped us off. We have a picture of him doing it.

My iPad screen had a small crack on the bottom portion not effecting anything just an eye sore. It was brought in and they ending up accidentally breaking more within the tablet trying to replace the screen. Once fixed I’m not fond of the screen. It’s definitely after market, the touch doesn’t function the same, the home button on the iPad is now loose and is harder to push and wiggles and moves odd. There is a slightly gap all the way around making me assume the screen is slightly smaller then the original. My iPad was purchased brand new a couple months ago so I’m fairly disappointed I spent $200 on them fixing my screen and it now having all different issues as well as not functioning at the same level it did prior to even being sent in with a crack. We then called and were told we could get a partial refund go in to find out they want the screen they put on back, but my previous screen they threw away so I’d just have my iPad with no screen on it at all in order to get a partial refund. I do not know who did the actual damage to the the iPad, however we dealt with Cameron, the manager is Zach and the owner is Matt and I would not recommend going here for any sort of phone or tablet repair.

I love these people. They know everything!! Im sure that is exaggerated some, but they have helped me with everything Ive taken there. So good to know they are close by

Highly recommend going to the Harker heights location. Went to fix key fob and the service was super fast and easy!! I didnt get charged for anything. Ask for Cameron!!!

For those who are interested in getting your car key fobs cut, they have a certain time frame you must show up for that isnt mentioned at all on their website. The time frame is between 8AM - 4PM. This is so that they have coverage when they cut your keys, whatever that means. My best guess is that their guy is there do it correctly and the remaining staff arent trained to do the job reliably. Like I said, just a guess.Its a bit annoying to show up at 4:20 PM, just to be rejected due to an unspoken time frame though.

I could not be happier. They replaced my battery in my phone 4-5 years ago. Battery started acting up. I know they said the battery has a lifetime warranty on it, but this is Killeen and we all know about warranties in this area. I walked in, was greeted right away. I was asking how can I help you. I told Jose about my battery. I gave him my number. I was ready for a fight. Before I knew it, Jose replaced my battery and handed my phone back to me. No questions, no what did you do, no nothing. I could not believe what just happened. Thank you for your service.

I took my brand new 300 dollar Michael Kors watch in to get a new battery and they deeply scratched it. It was a Christmas gift for someone and now I cant even give it to them. Im so upset and disappointed. They do not have experience in changing a simple battery on a watch! Just careless.

I have been going to this store for a few years, whether I have needed advice or even buying something. Always been impressed with the customer service I have received.But today I definitely want to take the time to compliment one of your employees. I came in with a wrong sims cards stuck into the wrong electronic device. Believe me I tried several times and to no avail, I couldnt remove it.Darrin was more than happy to try..His professionalism and enthusiasm impressed me and that he was willing to try and help me ..He could have sent me away, but he didnt .although he took a few minutes trying he finally got it out carefullywithout damaging the card.Kudos to Darrin...I had alot of information on that card. I love this store! I have been here numerous times and they always have a well stocked supply and the presentation of items is terrific! They are friendly and knowledgeable of the products. I am very happy that I can take my used batteries and light bulbs to them for recycle!

I needed a particular sized battery for my motorcycle and they not only had it but had an even better battery for cheaper than what I could find at all the auto shops and Walmart in my area. Battery works perfect and the two guys there were very polite and respectful, cool dudes. Even chatted with them for a minute. Very friendly atmosphere and great service.

The sales person seemed to be having a bad day, not pleasant at all. Felt like it was an inconvenience to him. I asked for the price and he had to scan the item, when the price was in the shelf, he could have just walk less than six feet to check. I started walking towards the shelf and he said I had to wait for him to finish scanning...The only reason for the one star, it would not allow me to post without a rating...

The battery I needed was in stock and the price after discounts was reasonable when purchased online and picked-up at the store. The employee that assisted me was awesome (Jolivares), he installed the battery very quickly and took the time to explain all associated costs and warranties in great detail. The entire staff was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

The guys at the Harker Heights location were amazing!! They were super patient and explained everything about my battery. Gave really great recommendations! Were super professional and FAST with solving the issue.

Chelsie and the crew were awesome! My iPhone was fixed good as new in about 39 minutes. They even took the time to give me much needed advice on keeping my battery healthy, and reputable recommendations for services they dont provide. I love the one year nation wide warranty that comes with the battery as well. Batteries and Bulbs Harker Heights has got excellent customer service from start to finish!

I have to give a star to give a review but if not it’d be zero. Selling you the wrong battery, with the wrong warranty and they have to “bend” the rules for you. When, in actuality had they sold you the right battery in the first place there would be no need for “rule bending”. They were supposed to call me and inform me on when my battery done. They of course didn’t, the customer service is trash. I’m sure had I not taken the initiative to go and get it it’s still be sitting there. I’m gonna do an experiment to see how long a battery will truly sit there with no call to the owner.

They did an amazing job on fixing my daughters IPhone screen. It took a little longer than expected, but it looks brand new. The price was well within my budject. I will use them again!

My first visit here the cashiers were really nice but whats my last visit the skinny Male cashier was purposely trying to pick someone else to go in front of me at the register although I had been waiting in line while it took him and another cashier 🙄to help one person with one light bulb 😐maybe I was dressed a little too ethnically? 😉dont know I thought it was rude fortunately the person that had just got in line spoke up and said I think she was here first what is wrong with you people? Loved it! Needed new batteries for our home security system. The batteries were so cheap, so I ended up also replacing the dead battery in my car key fob. It even has a lifetime warranty!

Went there yesterday to get my iPhone7+ screen fixed, and the guys there, Mason and Jay were awesome! Super friendly and helpful. Called a few other places where they fix phone screens and everywhere else was $150, called Batteries plus and they fixed it for only $120! Mason also put my screen protector on for me. Never going anywhere else (:

This place is a joke. Battery is less than 1 yr old. Always has a battery tender THEY SOLD ME on it. Wont hold or take a charge. Refuse to honor warranty. Because of low voltage. Well its either the battery or the battery tender.... dont spend any money here.

Excellent place to get those unusual batteries, without the shipping delay of ordering online. I have gone in on several occasions to replace batteries for a Harmony remote, key fob, watch, and phone. Every time they have had what I needed in stock, in and out with no fuss.

It was a little long to program my jeep 1hr and 15 mins key but the job was done well. Maybe you need to have more than one programmer in the store during day light hours. but you have good people working there.

The online purchase and pick up went smoothly. The sales person told me the batteries were fully charged. After installing the batteries in my boat, I tested each battery and they were only 75% charged.

Real nice, very helpful even though they were swamped. Got my husbands battery for his S5 and it is guaranteed for as long as he has his phone. And that is all that is wrong with it is 4he battery. The place to go, I recommend them.

Great experience, I ordered product online and the local store called to inform me that the item wasnt carried locally, but they ordered it and let me know when it would arrive and then called to let me know it was available for pickup. Very pleasant and courteous staff.

I have used this store several times! Unfortunately they have lost my business due to their slumpy work which now caused me to not have a phone that I have to still pay for! The screws on the inside werent properly tightened and it messed up my sensor. Now the sensor doesnt work. They didnt put in the screws in the bottom of my phone because he didnt have any in stock (which I understood since the 2 i had fell out when i dropped it). The problem is that the technician told me that the screen wont pop out and that it is secure, the screws are just extra security. So now my phone drops on its back in its case and the screen pops out. After taking it back to then and another technician explained that because it wasnt secure the sensor got damaged). I called the manager and I told her the situation and that I was willing to pay for a new screen if they can fix the sensor and she told me they wont pay to fix the sensor because she never got a request to order screws so thats not the shops responsibility.
