I’ve been going to Ken’s shop for several years now and love the shop. He’s got a wide selection of coins and bullion. Ken is very knowledgeable on his trade and can trust him to be an honest dealer. Highly recommend regardless if you’re a buyer or seller.

Just went there to sell 21 ounces of silver and had a great experience. The owner was straight to business and offered me a great price for all of my silver right there and then and paid cash. Also really cool store and fun to look around at all the items on display.

I found this guy about a year ago and have since purchased quite a few items and I have always received the utmost in service and pricing from ken.

Good selection, and guy behind the counter was friendly. Pricing is on par with most other coin shops.

I had my doubts after reading some of the reviews, but when I asked questions on Messenger, Ken would always respond. I decided to stop by, but didnt purchase the first time.Ken is straight to the point and very knowledgeable. He even showed me the App where to check the daily prices of precious metals. If youre sarcastic with Ken, hell be sarcastic, if you have an attitude, hell give you one back.I stopped the second time and said I wanted to get some silver. He brought out the not so shiny plate of coins. I said I wanted the good stuff, so he brought out the shiny coins. I ended up buying 10 Silver eagles from him. The price was on point.I think Ill stop by every month from now on and spend my wifes money on coins.Thanks for the good conversation Ken, and for sharing your knowledge with someone new getting into precious metal buying.

Amazing store always has what your looking for

I have had several dealings with Ken, both buying and selling. I have always been treated fairly and with respect. When I needed to sell some coins that Was left over from selecting for my collections, I was given a fair price, and was given a good deal on purchasing.If a person walks in the door thinking they will get retail prices on the items you are trying to sell him, they should be ready to get your feelings hurt.

Clean establishment, horrible customer service! Ken was flat out rude when he shut my father down as soon as he opened up his book of coins. As quick as we went inside is as quick as we went back outside. We werent even greeted with a smile! He had a very blank face. He also had that macho attitude after another customer inside asked to look at our coin book, by telling him that he cant look at it and that he had to look at it outside the parking lot! He wasnt buying anything. Ken, you really need to work on your interpersonal skills; itll really help you in the customer service field. The lady in the back didnt even say hello or anything. She just looked at us and immediately put her head back down! Cant believe weve wasted a trip to that store. I will also mention to my fellow coin collectors to avoid this place of business at all costs. We will NOT be back!

Ive know Ken for many years and have had hundreds of transactions with him, both buying and selling.I live in Houston and have driven to his shop to conduct business many times because of his fairness, honesty and professionalism.His prices are fair and are up to date according to the current markets, and I have always been satisfied with his offers when selling, and prices when buying.And if there is ever a problem, talk to Ken, he will do his very best to resolve any issues or answer any questions you have about coins and will be glad to explain his buying and selling policies.Texas Coin Connection is a great coin shop to buy and sell.Much continued success to you Ken! Regarding Texas coin connection: The comment someone made about only receiving a 20-30% discount makes me laugh. I wish someone would give me that kind of discount next time I buy a house or car! A 20-30% discount is great.Ken is honest and is happy to teach you about your coins. He pays well for what he buys.

I would like to ask everyone that said that he didnt offer you the amount you believe your items were worth. Did you find someone who gave you the amount you deserve? If so I bet you went about 18-70 miles away to sell them like from Harker Heights to Temple or Waco or Georgetown or Round Rock or Austin. So by the time you waste driving there you waste time and money for gas and any thing else you spend for the trip you probably would have come out better selling to Texas coin connection. He is very, very fair with his prices weather buying or selling so dont bash a person for making money off his business, try selling online to some of these major dealers you will get ripped easily with SOME of those crooks and be mindful of the person your complaining about establish a relationship with the person and you will probably get breaks here and there showing appreciation for shopping in his shop just a word of wisdom.

This was a horrible place. The proprietor did not want to give you the value or worth for your coins but wants to sell to you the coins he has for more than the coins are worth. I do not recommend this place and he is not the only game in town, though it appears as such.

I have been a customer of Texas Coin Connection for almost 2 years. All can I say is that Kenneth provides wonderful customer service to his customers at all times. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to gold, silver, platinum, coins, bullion, currency, etc... Any questions I have about collecting, dos and donts, anything regarding precious metals he has guided me to make better choices and I thank him for that! Completely unprofessional! Despite the proprietor verbally agreeing that the coin I brought in to sell was worth more than a few thousand dollars, he offered $600. When I pointed out that his own price guide showed a minimim value (even in the worst condition) of $2300, he merely scoffed. Most coin shops offer 20%-40% less than book value. This gentleman insults his customers by only offering between 20% & 30%. I took my business elsewhere. Dont waste your time and certainly do not lose your profit to this unethical profiteer.

I had a great experience with Ken. I brought a coin in to get his opinion and he recommended sending it in to ANACS for authentication. It was authenticated and graded higher than either of us estimated. Ken is honest and professional and I would recommend him to anyone I know.

The owner obviously knows his business.He offered me a fair price for the junk silver that I brought in, instead of cash allowed me to pick out gold coin and other collectables to trade for when I asked if that was possible.

I bought something worth $130.00 and he said it was worth 3 to 4 dollars and I spent all my allowance in that place and Im never buying from him again I just think its a waste of time
