Owner super polite takes his time to explain and show you whats recommended on your vehicle. First shop I feel comfortable coming in as a female without that feeling that they are scamming me on a service.

I keep coming back for a reason.. theyre good at what they do, theyre workable and I love that they r willing to assist. They dont make me feel as oh ur a female like other places have in which I appreciate.

Went for a tire patch and they found no issue, but Im sure there was so I had them check twice.. My complaint with them is that they pumped 2 tires past 60 PSI. My tired should be around 33 PSI. This could have caused a blow out, which could have put my life or others at risk. Cant tell if it was done on purpose, negligence or if their equipment sucks...which ever be the case Id avoid this place if I were you.

They kept saying that it was next and four hours went by and they hadn’t even started working on my car. I had to go inside the place and they barely went to go get it after 4 HOURS despite telling me on the phone they were working on it!!!! It hadn’t even been moved from where I parked it. Unprofessional and give misleading information. Never going there again!!!

Everyone was very friendly and polite. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. They also offered to make fresh coffee and gave me the wifi password which was great since I came in early and was working on my coursework. This is the first time I came here and certainly wont be the last. Thank you guys!

Ive had to go to countless auto repair shops over the years, but this is the first time Ive found a place that doesnt make me feel like Im getting ripped off. These guys are super respectful, extremely helpful, and timely. I love how thorough they are and how willing they are to fully explain whats wrong with your car. I dont generally respect car repair shops but these are the guys I go to for EVERYTHING.

They were very helpful and help me save money. There are more replace the whole thing, but who isnt.

Okay these guys are probably pretty good to do medium to moderate work on your car but they need to turn the radio down in the back of the shop music there is way too loud..... so Im back today you guys do have the radio turn down so it isnt blaring very nice and the shop was able to get me in and out of there with an oil change and a tire rotation in like 20-25 minutes what record time great service😁😁😁😁😁

Fast, friendly, great service. Came in on a busy Sat afternoon for an inspection and after learning there was a long wait almost left but the rep behind the counter talked to a mechanic and squeezed us in right away, was only there 20 mins total. Very friendly personnel very happy with service, I would highly recommend this place.

I took my car in for a shake in it, unaware of the leaks to my rack and pinion and valve cover. Also got plugs and tires. The guys were ALL very caring and concerned for my familys safety! They are honest and told me my brakes were good. Other shops would have charged for it needed or not. They all have a sense of humor and all happy people who love their jobs! I would go there again if needed. Very knowledgeable and caring people!! 5 stars for yall!!

Joe helped me out, I was looking for a full tune up. Joe took me into the garage with his flash light and pointed out everything that was going on. He helped me weight my opinions. I am very happy with customer service and work that has been done on my vehicle. These guys make it happen!

Overpriced, however good service! I am from out of town so I was stuck regardless. Cost me over $750 for battery and alternator. I have never paid 170 for a battery and 20 bucks to install, but I was in a pinch so what can you do.Update: owner response sent me to a generic capture page. I have heard no personal response yet. When checking out other reviews, I noticed they all received similar responses. I did however, get subscribed to their corporate TBC mailing list. I will update my review if anything changes.

Poor quality work for an oil change. Got it changed and left my wife the car. And then she calls telling me there was oil on the floor. Told her to leave it parked. Lucky we have another vehicle. On inspection I noticed that it was missing the oil pan drain plug gasket.

These guys are great and always fair, which is hard to find when youre a little girl and everyone assumes you dont know about your own car.

This place ripped me off ..and I can tell intentionally ..when I cross checked local parts prices they were often charging 70 percent more plus 100 dollars an hour for labor when they were mostly standing around ..I wasnt asked for which package I wanted for services o just automatically got put in for the most expensive ones I needed one spark plug instead I get charged for 4 at 25 dollars each for iridium spark plugs which once again only 12.99 at autozone ..he said I needed struts he said 400 plus dollars local stores 134 for a set ....I will be reporting them to the BBB and to corporate ..all of you that have been before compare your receipt parts to local prices..I guarantee they have been doing this for a long time ..and to top it off 540 dollars later my car still has the same problem after 5 hours of waiting..do not go here!

They were so busy you had to wait like 3 hours but what do you expect for a 17.99 oil change

The people at this location were incredibly helpful and friendly. I called them today because I had a flat tire. They waited for me every though they were closed and took the time to inspect my car and find the problem. Finally when they figured out what it was they patched it up. It turned out that I needed a whole new tire, which was not possible to replace the same day. In the end they didnt charge me for any of their service. They even offered to drive me to work if I had to come in during the week and get my tire replaced.

Really great service. Felt like I over paid the first time but the second time we got a good price for an oil change.
