I found almost everything I needed some hair dye I did have to order online. The employees were very knowledgeable in the products my mothers was interested in and very attentive to see if I needed anything.

They didnt have hardly anything stocked as you would expect a business to have be for their customers and horrible customer service. The lady told my daughter to just order it online

I’m someone who doesn’t know much detail about hair products. I walked into Sally’s and was greeted and welcomed right away and was given the best products for my hair.Highly recommend!

Staff is beyond nice, I had Melissa helping me with all my questions (including which products were vegan/cruelty free). She was so well informed, anytime I have to go to Sallys Ill make the extra 20 minute drive to go to this location.

I rather go here than the ones in Brownsville, TX, I live all the way in South Padre Island. Wish we had a Sallys there. The ones in Brownsville, one store they literally stalk you and its uncomfortable, you cant focus on what you want to get. The other one on Boca Chica, they lack customer service big time or they just lazy about it. Customer service is great, so generous and helpful including manager... I absolutely love it here. Thank you guys, keep it up. I would drive the extra miles just to visit this store. ❤

Horrible she gave us a ugly face expression & was just behind us like if we were going to steal something, when our only intention was to purchase some acrylic . Horrible customer service!
