Ive been going here since I began cosmetology school and now have graduated and taken my written state exam and passed but now Im not allowed in. The process with Covid is understandable but really Ive taken the hardest part of the field and you deny upcoming license stylist access to products. This is by far the worst experience at any beauty supply store.

I LOVE this place! Everytime I go to buy something small, I end up buying a lot more due to the excellent service and prices. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with any new products that you find. ***you have to have a barber or cosmetology license to go in and buy things****

I went recently and got treated very unprofessional.I understand the need to ask if one is licensed to be able to purchase or enter the establishment. But after being asked once, and answered, the employee mentioned my colleague who came in with me that they need to ask twice because people lie and she knew her but not me, she hadnt seen me before.I have been going to the same store for 3 years and think no employee should be accusing directly or indirectly, a customer as a liar. It was very unpleasant. And I really see no reason for such behaviour. I guess I will have to look for a store with better customer service.

If it wasnt for the employee we would be left...as soon as we walked in we were interrogated by I guess the manager....not even greeting us....just do you have a license??...rude attitude...we were well dressed no sandals....

Great place for me to replenish my products for shop use. Matrix is a great product and I am always well stocked!

Bad customer service on REBECA yeah YOU! (I’m not licensed yet, but I am currently studying cosmetology.) I called this place to get a product I needed, in a rude way she said she couldn’t sell it to me because I’m not licensed. She hanged up on me when I was going to ask her a question. It’s a shame that during this pandemic people like her show their true colors on declining customers.
