FIX THE A/C! Seriously super uncomfortable experience. customer service was great! but i felt bad for the workers who clearly were hot and uncomfortable. I love this store but this will prevent me from going back until the ac is fixed

My family and I enjoy going to five below. They have so much fun items and practical items to choose from. We never leave empty handed. The only reason I dont give them five stars is because there is not much in the way of customer service. Not much enthusiasm or energy or customer appreciation. Staff is not rude just not welcoming.

Super cute outdoor decor for summer. I had seen these rattan lanterns on a video and they were BIG. I was expecting something so small. Great items for pets too. I love this store

The guy working their was taking pictures of a war vet making fun of him and he also was taking pictures of minors. Something needs to be done😡😡😡😡

I’ve only been in this store a couple of times. I was pleasantly surprised yesterday when I asked a nice young employee for assistance. He immediately directed me to what I needed and got me the color I wanted. As I continued shopping, he assisted me again with another item.The young man was pleasant, helpful, and asked me if I needed anything else, both times. I was a bit shocked since this is a discount store. Walmart could take lessons from this young man!

It was very busy the day we decided to shop there. All employees were very friendly and helpful

False advertising !!!! It says five below and this was our first time going my son wanted to buy a gaming head set for himself and did not have enough to buy it..I told him I got it and he yelled no dAd I work hard for my ten bucks and this place said five below I told him dont ever believe on what you see and he told me thats false advertising I said yes it is son mind him only being( 10 yrs old ) so he said fine Ill just do more chores work a lil bit harder and buy it, but write a bad review because this is BS ...ha ha kids are too cute but tell it like it is sorry five below but yes even a kid knows what up and thats sad lol ...

The store is clean but disappointed about the products and all the hype about this store.

Great place for picking up something for your kids or loved ones and wont break the bank. Theres something in here for everyone. Will definitely go back again.

The Elsa Walmart is one of the few Walmarts that I would recommend. It is always clean and well stocked.

This is a very family friendly quick shop store that is most convenient to those who dont plan spending too much on small item a bit of everything

Store is nicely organized and clean but the restrooms were very disappointing. No toilet paper or hand soap in the ladies room. Restrooms need to checked and stocked more regularly.

Just went to buy Headphones . But ended buying more a T shirt and candy and nail polish . LOVE THE STORE . Was going to buy shorts but in my next trip.

Pretty organized place with simple, open area to pick from things you want. Obviously cheap from 5 and under, rarely 10 dollar items hid away in a corner. Overall a good place to buy cheap replaceable wares.

Although it was Christmas 4 days before Christmas, the store was well stocked and the checkout line was long, but I was out in a reasonable amount of time. I enjoyed my shopping at Five Below so much that I will shop the Michigan store.

First time going to a Five Below and I was pleasantly surprised. There are a lot of items and some prices are less than I would expect. Of course most items are top of the line name brand but there can still be some decent finds. Snacks are also sold there as well as some slightly older books that are now reduced. Areas around the isles were clean and check out was fast. For some Christmas stocking stuffers or cheaper gifts this is definitely worth your while.

Found what we needed, my daughters had a 20$ limited for their bday gifts from their aunt and each one was able to get 4 gifts and it was what they wanted.
