This used to be one of the best gamestops around here a couple years ago, but once all of the employees got transferred to other gamestops it has really gone downhill. Need to remember the employees are what makes gamestop good, right now they have had very ride people working there and that dont even know what they are doing there, unimformed and everything.

Great workers that knew information on nintendo switch wireless controllers that I was looking for and provided more options and looked into other stores to further assist. Always a great time at GameStop. Great purchase.

I called today to find out about an older generation console and whoever girl was answering was extremely rude. I asked if these was at the store and she said that not online either. She let me know they don’t carry them anymore and I should buy my stuff at a pawn shop. I politely asked if I could speak to someone else because to my knowledge there is always at least two people there and she stated there was no one else. She then proceeded to ask me if I had a problem. I decided to just let it go. They must really not need the business.

Workers need to stop talking so much and get on with what’s going on if people Are lined up outside for a drop get things going “ more buying less talking” waited 45 minutes for a drop just to stay in the same spot never moved once!🗑

Store was nice but a little bare on merchandise. Hard to find what it might be your looking for.

Very cool great service

They had deals on buying 3 get 2 free but they had hardly anything in stock. Every game I picked up for the switch and the Xbox they did not have it in stock. They had the shelves full but I went and picked up a total of 10 games and my son tried to buy some and we walked out with none. Staff just said well you could buy it online. It looks like Game Stop is at deaths door.

I am giving them a 1 because I was calling and I was never able to talk to anyone for 5 minutes waiting for someone to pickup the phone. I think 5 minutes is more than enough time for someone to pickup and tell me to wait at the least.

I dont buy games there anymore, but their collectibles selection is solid and the staff isnt onnoxious about pushing Rewards.

My favorite GameStop in the valley. Very friendly faces and great workers with good attitudes. I love coming to this specific gamestop even if Im just window shopping or in for a quick membership card reload.

I was looking into getting a new unit and the service I received over the phone was phenomenal. The guy answered my a 101 questions with out any hiccups, excellent service. Couldnt buy an xbox or a Sony, as they were all out but he recommended a blast from the past bundle from their online store, so thats what Im going to do.Thanks man.

I honestly think the games are overpriced compared to other stores.(Ex.)Wal-Mart, Target, and Best buy. Also, when you sell them games it can be new or used they will buy it for a cheap price. Last time I wanted to sell Forza Horizon 4 which cost me about 60 dollars and they offered me 20 for it. What kind of joke is this. I bought it recent like 4 weeks after it came out and still. Left very disappointed.

Went in to get an exchange on a Nintendo switch. Female store manager with stretched earlobes was rude, very condescending, and refused to help. She spoke in such a sarcastic manner stating i needed a reciept to return the item. All i wanted to do was return, and buy another one. I was told by another game stop no receipt was needed. I left the store and went to another game stop across the street in the mall. They were able to help, stated there was no receipt needed because of the gift exchange guarantee. I called back to let her know. She hung up on me. I will NEVER shop this Game Stop again. Well as long as she is working there. 0 customer service skills. 0 attempt to remedy my situation.

As many others have already stated: DO NOT SHOP AT THIS GAMESTOP. SHOP AT THE ONE IN THE MALL. The people working at the Lincoln store are the worst. OUTSTANDING service across the street in the mall. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Oh no I keep calling and no one answers. I hope theyre okay and not being held hostage at gunpoint or anything. Someone might want to call 911 or something because nobody answers. They might be in trouble.

Theres a manager there that complains about traffic, shes loud, shes rude, has an attitude .... gee I dont know every time she needs to come out of the back, shes a joke she shouldnt be allowed to treat people who shop there like theyre idiots. The other staff members are very nice and respectful I dont know what that chicks problem is..... but if you cant hack the job you should probably rethink the whole job and costumer service thing, not for you obviously 🙄. Taking my business elsewhere.

Am only giveing it five stars because The staff are the best and love to help people out and they have a great selection of games and every time Ive went there Ive never seen any negative from the staff that work there but even time I call I get the female manager when I want an employee the works at the cash register if the staff didnt help people out I would have given it 1star

The staff is normally friendly. This is the go to local gamestop since the next closest one is in a mall. My only gripe is the lack of moving space inside the store due to all the shelves of collectible merchandise and bargain bins placed in the middle of the floor.
