I hate to do this to small family owned business, but the alteration services they provided were unacceptable and I am leaving this review so no one else’s clothing is irreversibly affected.They did not have alterations ready when they said they would, causing me to waste an additional 45 min of time driving back and forth from my home to their place or business.The first time I came to pick up they stated the clothes had not been worked as the order prior to mine had just been finished. And assured me my 3 items would be finished in no less than an hour.Trying to be polite I said that was fine, but raised huge alarm as no professional alterations can be accomplished in under an hour nevertheless for 3 items. I called them back, as I had left at this point, to tell them I’d be back the next day. Called 3 x they did not answer the phone.I picked up the clothes today. I tried on one of the more expensive pieces to ensure it fit properly, it still needed work. The lady tried her best to accommodate my requests and made adjustments while I was there, however she could not fix the shirt.I left disappointed, and became even more so after I inspected the stitching from the inside. I don’t know if this place should offer alterations services as it is clear they are not professionals.They refunded me quickly and were understanding, so I’ll give them that, but the whole experience was a disappointment. I’ll have to take my items to an actual professional alteration shop and it will cost me extra for them to undo all of the additional stitches they made. I do not recommend.

Took my uniform for alterations and the job was well done. Definitely always on time with their work.

Dropped off my capris to be repaired on Wed, and pick up was for Fri after 5 pm.I went on Mon after the weekend and the repair still wasnt done. ( 5 days and work still not done )Picked up on Tuesday, the stitch was perfect and bill was comped due to the inconvenience.

Since I moved down to the RGV area Ive been coming here for alterations. I like their work. Have never contemplated going anywhere else.

Great price n service

Had a last minute business trip and took them 5 shirts to press for same day service. Paid for same day service, and found out they only had 2/5 shirts ready by the time they were going to close. Came back after my trip to pick up remaining shirts, which as you can see in the pictures, had an obvious crease in an award area and a stain. Not pleased at all...
